Walking into school that morning I took a deep breath. I was not prepared at all for going into school, every boy I looked at just.. i thought they would try do something to me.
I walked down the corridor head hung low, I heard Gally trying to call out my name and grab my attention, although i thank him for helping me. I feel embarrassed, embarrassed about what elijah did and that I couldn't control my emotions.

The teacher was yapping on about something to do with maths— wait i mean obviously cause it's math class what.
I felt like someone was watching me but i brushed the feeling away as it just stressed me out. Well that was until someone kicked my foot, i look to my left and there was thomas. He smiled brightly at me in a teasing way, I couldn't be bothered to do anything against it so i gave him a little smile, sighing.
Around 10 minutes later i felt someone nudge my foot, this time coming from the right. I looked over at a boy, he shaggy brunette hair as a bit covered his face and pretty brown eyes, he smiled as I returned it slightly.
"you okay?" he asked tilting his head to the side as I nodded.
"I notice you in a few of my other classes, you're usually cheery but today you seem off so I just wanted to check." I smiled as he spoke, the fact he noticed i was off and he didn't even know me that much but still asked if I was okay, i really appreciate it.
"Thank you—"
"—Sam" he replied holding his hand out for me to shake, "and you're welcome—"
"—Sophia" I giggled shaking his hand.
"Okay, sammy the sandwich well thank you. I really appreciate it that you asked me."
"My pleasure, your royal highness Sophia."
I smiled and turned back listening to the teacher, he instantly lifted my mood and god was I thankful.

After math class I walked with sam, he was honestly a nice guy and i really needed that right now after Elijah. I felt safe around him and I enjoyed getting to know him more.
"Sophia." I recognised the voice as soon as the words left their mouth,
"What do you want Elijah." I replied with a cold tone.
"I want to apologise—"
I grabbed a hold of his jaw with my hand pulling him down to my level slightly. "Don't come here and expect you can fucking apologise, or I will do that again." I spoke in a whisper glancing at the black eye and cuts on his face so he got the hint, then I released his jaw.
Elijah cleared his throat, as he looked as sam who glared at him, then without a word he left.
"Who's that?" Sam asked.
"Someone that isn't worth your time."
Sam opened his mouth to speak and then closed it humming slightly bending down, brining his head next to my ear. "did you do that to him?" I nodded as he smirked, "good bet you whatever he did, he deserved it."
Although I only just met sammy, he felt like my literal guardian angel immediately. Like he was meant to be in my life for something, I didn't know what exactly yet but he was like my second brother. I love Lucas but sam feels like my brother now too— And frypan! He cooks the best!

After School I walked to my house with sam, I unlocked the door to see—oh god—Lucas, Minho, Newt, Frypan, Gally and Thomas. I quickly turned my body facing the stairs as I made my way up. Sam stood there awkwardly as the boys glared at him.
Poor wee guy sent a nervous wave and smile before walking over to them sitting down. And i made my way to the room.

A/N ; so i.. changed sophia's fc as I need to make edits and stuff and obviously Marie has alot more scenes than sophia!
Also sorry for the short chapter its kinda a filler and introduction to sammy the sandwich
