Erebon's POV

I wake up in hell.

Surrounded by my dead brothers.

A smoking mangled wreck of my Ferrari is just next to me, Sabrina slumped inside.

I want to move but I can't, my legs are broken and the ground is slowly swallowing me up.

I'm being buried by the weight of my own sins, the same as my brothers.

Laoch ribs are crushed, on the other side of the Ferrari, the soil swallowing him up like me.

Zoran and Quillon had broken necks further away. Killed at the same time, when Arcraw held them in the palm of his hands simultaneously. Sashca had expended every bullet in his casing.

It was too late to find out that that bear's bones couldn't break.

Arcraw wasn't just massive, he was near indestructible. Some kind of supernatural empowerment of the Majesty bears. He was impossible to kill. No matter how many times we shot him. No matter how many times we sunk our teeth into his flesh.

He had the power of at least twenty Alphas in one body.

It seemed Arcraw had different plans for Seth. We had attacked after he fought Seth one on one and threw him across the room, knocking him unconscious.

At the end, only Seth had still been breathing. Probably because his body was so strong, it kept him alive.

But the rest of us, we failed to kill Arcraw.

Until Sabrina made her move.

Damn did that make me smile.

Arcraw's bear had already sunk into the soil of hell quickly.

She killed him.

Fucking proud of my little omega... but it didn't change the fact we were all dead.

My Ferrari is smoking, even in Hell, it's crumpled up and covered in bear blood.

I feel heavy vibrations in the soil beneath me as I see a shadow and silhouette walking out of the trees.

Lycan.

Onyx.

Just him.

I watch from my side as he reaches into the wreck and pulls out Sabrina's corpse, licking the wounds on her head before hauling her over his shoulder, her head hanging down. The cracks in her skull start to stitch back together.

Onyx talks to her under his breath, "...you're coming with me now, pup –"

With that, her limp head lifts.

She looks around until her puffy eyes latch onto me.

"Erebon!" Sabrina cries out weakly, her eyes widening as she sees me sinking down slowly. One of my hands reaches out to her uselessly, laying in the soil, my fingers open as I imagine holding her hand one last time, "Erebon!" then she screams my name with a demand for the demon to listen.

Onyx stops and looks over his shoulder, his demonic fangs pulled back in a sneer when he sees me being buried.

"He's dead," Onyx purrs under his breath.

"No –"

"So are you."

"No!" Sabrina protests, "Lay me next to him."

The Lycan starts to growl as he stalks back to me, laying Sabrina down next to me gently.

"Say goodbye then," Onyx glances between Sabrina and me, showing some mercy.
