I accept his hand but pause for a moment. "What are we? Are we friends?" I ask, just curious. He gives me a slightly offended look.

"After all that work? I better not be stuck in the friend zone... " He teases. "So we're dating?" "Please?" I chuckle and nod.

"Good." He speaks, clearly been waiting for this moment.
