I want to message him... I've been so restless since I discovered that he knows about my feelings towards him. I've checked my Instagram a hundred times, but there's been no message from him.
I can't stop thinking about him. I wanted to do something to make him message me, so I called my best friend Mizna - yes, the one who set this all up. Anyway, I called her.
"Hey Sejal... Did he message?" she asked.
"Oh, not yet," I replied.
"Listen, can you suggest a romantic quote? I want to post it on my story so that he'll reply to me," I said.
"Someone's in a hurry... Um, okay, let me think," she said.
"Hey, how about 'I still remember the moment I fell for you'?"
"Oh yeah, that's great. Okay, thanks, bye."
I hung up and quickly edited my picture with the quote "I STILL REMEMBER THE MOMENT WHEN I FELL FOR YOU," and I posted it on my story.
Now, my restlessness grew as I waited for him to see it. I lay down on my bed, phone in hand, waiting anxiously.
It was 1 AM, my eyes began to close, and I drifted off to sleep.

The next day, Friday, I woke to my alarm. After completing a multitude of chores and taking a shower, I finally had a moment to check my phone.
My heart began to race, my hands growing cold and trembling as I saw his messages in my DMs.
"Assalamualaikum, um... Do you want photos of yours of shadi and reception?" he messaged.
AHHHH, I'm internally screaming! My mind froze, and I was at a loss for words. I didn't know how to reply.
Thinking about everything that's happening, I can't stop remembering how we first met and how it all started...
