After Crowley cast his spell, the flash of light returned Dean and Sam back to the impala, in the middle of the field. Crowley wasn't anywhere in sight, but they were so tired, they figured they'd take care of him later.

For the Doctor and Amy, the spell brought them and the TARDIS right back to where they were originally floating in space. They tired scanning the entire universe for the same signatures they used to track Crowley, but they found nothing.
