Even though Corey had her own room and you did too you guys still like to sleep in the same bed together like you two were little sisters or cousins in the room who just got over a sleepover it helped you calm down and you also was able to talk to her about anything and she'd always be there when you had nightmares alongside with you doing the same for her you two were just inseparable and you loved your connection but this time I make real little more different the last time you were being really stubborn and you wanted to apologize to her about that but she was already telling you that she understood and you knew but you had an overly apologetic behavior and you can help that about yourself you were sensitive and sentimental you had a lot of emotions and even mixed emotions that made you overthink everything good thing your friend never threw it against you but she always tried to tell you that everything was okay just like a lot of people in your life telling you it was all right but you never seen it through.

After Corey and you laid in bed she rubs small circles in your shoulder as you talked about what happened during that day at the laboratory you never mean to scare her but when the Prowler had cut off your headphone piece Corey began to panic not knowing what to do at the moment she heard the thud on the door when when he threw you against it running over in a panic as she saw your body on the doormat you shivered looking up at her she looked just as angry but soon her body relax that she helps you inside now you're in the bed after tending to your wounds as well just like it happened before with the Blue Band-Aids she gave you when the Prowler first attacked you but this was different you told her everything he said and everything and everything that happened Minus is him pulling the gun on you and you helping him escape. But she seemed to understand, her mind going at ease when you when you spoke to her knowing that you were well yet you got up and then made her even more concerned

CORY: "Why are you getting up?"

YOU: "I have to I just got to figure this out"

CORY: "but everything's okay, right?"

YOU: "Yeah of course everything's okay why wouldn't it be?"

CORY: "Because you're pacing around like a maniac with your leg all sore, I had to get that glass off you and you're over here walking like it's a brand new day."

YOU: "Well I mean.. technically it's almost going to be a brand new day.."

CORY: "Girl sit your ass down somewhere!"

YOU: "But I can't I have to figure this out.. what's going on-"

You paced around the room slightly limping as you sat down at your desktop and began to write stuff down Cory just looked a little disappointed at your ability to not rest when you have to like REALLY have to but is slightly amused at your determination to figure stuff out even though you're stressing about completely different things that's going on in your life right now thus your leg, him and even so the stupid facility, that you kept talking about ever since you got to New York.
