Athena Hensley is a 12-year-old girl but a 3-year-old mentally. She is 4'11" and has big blue eyes that were once filled with happiness but now filled with fear and sadness. She has thick, straight blonde hair that was now filled with tangles. She hates loud noises and yelling. She has panic attacks, asthma attacks and anxiety attacks. She hyperventilates a lot. She talks minimally and can only say a few words. She has a stutter and struggles with speech. She is dyslexic and has ADHD so sometimes she is forgetful and cannot remember the stuff she is asked to do. She usually wets the bed and is scared if her mom finds out. She is severely malnourished and underweight. The best food she has gotten is a piece of very stale bread and no water. She is abused by her mother and her two friends; Bob and Charlie. After she was beat up, she would take her stuffed bunny (Caramella) and cuddle him, forgetting all her problems. She does not have a shower except when Bob or Charlie hose her down with freezing water after they carve marks on her and tell her she smells, and they do not do that often; once or twice in a year. She usually gets nightmares from what happens.
