"Taehyung, can I use your phone?" Ria asked walking to him as he was working in his study."My battery ran out." He had bought her a new phone."Sure." He passed her the phone.
"You changed the password?" She asked and he nodded.
"It's the date of our first date." He said and started reading the file.
She looked away, she didn't remember that, he remembered each detail of their relationship. From what she wore on their date to what she liked to do on dates. He would even remember what she had said to him months ago.
He looked at her when he saw her thinking something and struggling with the password.
"Are you struggling with the date?" He asked rubbing his chin as he looked at her.
"No, I know it. I will just give it to you in a few minutes." She walked out as she lied. She couldn't tell him she didn't remember it.
She was struggling with the date when Taehyung grabbed his phone and typed it for her.
"It's 0724." He said giving it back to her."It's okay if you don't remember these things Ria, you don't have to lie about it. These small things don't bother me that much and wouldn't mark a difference in our relationship." He told her calmly."I don't want to be the person you have to pretend infront of. That's more hurtful. You can just admit the truth."
"I am sorry it just slipped out of my mind." She tried to cover up.
"It's okay, it doesn't matter. Now you know it." He tucked his hands in his pockets and walked back to his study.
Ria sighed and sat down on the couch, these things really didn't mark a difference in her life but they mattered alot to Taehyung.
She put the phone away, she shouldn't have asked it in the first place. She didn't even remember the day they had met for the first time which Taehyung put as a password but he let it slide thinking it was because she wasn't in her best mind and was tensed that day unlike Taehyung who was smitten with her.
But she should have remembered their first date right? But he always tried to avoid these ignorant actions to keep their relationship healthy. He didn't want to argue with her over anything.
Not everyone loves the same way, he would think that.
He loved her so what was the point of sulking over these petty things? He just wanted to live peacefully with her.
"Here." Ria gave the phone back to him and he took it silently."I am sorry Taehyung, please don't get upset." She said holding his shoulders looking apoligizetic, she actually was.
She didn't want him sulking with her. He made sure she wasn't upset with him so she should make sure of that too.
She would always wondered why Taehyung was still staying with her, he would ignore her mistakes all the time and never brought them up.
Ria didn't express love to Taehyung frequently and even if she did, it was to keep his heart, but how could he stay with a person who had low efforts for him? It wasn't like she didn't take care of him but not as much as he did.
"I don't like it when you say sorry to me." He gently smiled holding her hand."Let's not talk about it now. You matter to me more than these dates and all." He pulled her to his lap and Ria kissed him.
She would distract him like this, because he always melted in her kiss and wouldn't even remember her ignorant behaviour and become sure that she still loved him.
He picked her up putting her on the table as he parted her legs kissing her more.
________
"Where is your wedding ring?" Taehyung asked Ria looking at her empty hand.
"I put it off to take a shower and then I forgot to wear it again." She replied hesitantly and he nodded.
He would wear his all the time and wouldn't forget though.
"Here." He made her wear it as he brought it.
"These things bother you alot, don't they?" Ria asked him tilting her head."I am sorry that I am not so mindful of these things."
"Not everyone can feel the same about something Ria. It's okay to have different opinions and feelings. If these things matter to me alot, it is not supposed to affect you the same, you are not supposed to feel sorry about it." He shortly smiled and kissed her.
"It really doesn't affect you? Don't you feel upset?" She asked wanting to know about his feelings.
"You are here with me in my arms, I can kiss you, why would I feel upset over something like this?" He asked tucking her hair behind her ears.
She lost her first night gift he gave her on their honeymoon, which was an expensive pair of earrings and he didn't scold her or anything instead he bought something else for her later to not make her feel bad about losing a gift, and he wanted something as a core memory of his wedding gift to her.
"You are very foregoing and calm." Ria smiled and left the house for her work.
Ria owned an art gallery, it was a famous one in the city, her mom owned it since she was an artist and then she handed it to Ria and she only handled the artistic stuff and not business.
Ria was having her stuff place the new art peices, some of them were drawn by her mom who was a famous artist and some of them were bought by some other famous artists.
"Perfect." Ria said looking at the large peice.
"Indeed." A guy said.
He was wearing baggy clothes but looked rich. It seemed like his style, Taehyung always wore formals and casuals that were fit to him. He always looked presentable. This guy was looking handsome though even when he didn't attempt to look handsome.
