Episode 2 part 3

As we ran away I felt someone grab my arm, it was Jack. "Look, Y/n, I need your help." I just looked at him confused, "With what?" "I want to start a band," I looked at him in shock, "I want you to be the lead singer," I quickly shook my head 'no' "Come on please, you have the best voice." "How do you even know about that?" He looked down, "I kinda... followed you home a few times." I ran to Zander and Kacey. "Where's Stevie?" "You okay?" Zander asked. "Y/n Wait!" Jack ran towards us but Zander put himself in front of me, protecting me. "Look, I'm sorry but you kept rejecting me and I got desperate." "Has no one ever told you that no means no," Zander shot at him. "Stay out of this." I took a breath and spoke up, "You invaded my privacy, you hate my friends, and you don't respect me enough to take my no as an answer, never talk to me again," He had tears in his eyes and he just walked off silently. I then walked away, "Y/n, wait," Zander ran in front of me, "I am so proud of you, that was amazing!" He gave me a hug and I hugged back, "Thanks, do you want to set up a band call tomorrow?" He nodded, "Yeah, aren't you working on a new song?" "I'm working on 5 right now, the question is which one will I get inspiration for first," he chuckled and wrapped an arm around my shoulders as we walked. 

We walked to our normal table where Stevie was, "Jack ran through the room sobbing, I'm guessing he finally got the message," I nodded and she gave me a hug, "Thank goodness, I was going to slam him if we weren't doing this bet." "Speaking of which, Kacey got the boys to break, It's just you two now," Zander commented. Andy then came over, Zander moved me away from the table, "What?" I whispered. "He's giving me a bad feeling," We stepped back and Andy got Stevie's attention. "May I help you?" She asked. "Just warming up my instrument," he replied then burped. I am now kinda glad that Zander moved us away, "That was unusual," Stevie commented, I felt bad but I really didn't know how to help her. "A woman of more discerning taste, I get it, may I present the Jack knife," he lifted his leg and farted. Zander opened one of his notepads to try and cover our noses but not our eyes, he pulled me close to do so. "Very creative," Was Stevie's response, I mean she does live with four brothers so it didn't really surprise me. "Saving it for the finale, I salute you, Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, may I present to you the 8th wonder of the world, the sprinkler," I wasn't ready for what came next, he hopped in a circle farting every time he hopped. "Okay, I've seen a lot of weird things in my life but I don't think I'll be able to unsee that," Zander nodded at my comment. Kacey then ran in between Andy and Stevie, "Oh come on nothing, you've got to be kidding me?!" "I have four brothers." "And they stink like that?" "Yep."

The Perfs came over and Molly clicked her fingers and a few of them began spraying air freshener around where Andy was which was one of the only things they've ever done that I actually didn't mind. "Kacey, isn't it time for your big date with Tony?" "Yes it is." I knew this wasn't going to end well.   "Shouldn't you check your phone? Find out where you are meeting him?" Grace jumped in. "Well, I think we both know I can't do that." "You know what I can, I think I'll text him." "Please don't Molly." I walked over to them, "Kacey, give me your phone, I'll read your text." "Oh no you don't, JACK Y/N WANTS TO APOLOGISE!" He came running over and pulled me away from Kacey wrapping his arms around me.  "I DO NOT!" I broke from his grip but the Perfs had blocked my path to Kacey so I walked over to the boys defeated. " 'Hi Tony :), It's me Molly ;)' " What I hadn't noticed when Jack had me in his grasp was that Stevie had jumped in to help. "I'm serious Molly that's enough," I knew she was getting close to her breaking point. "And send," Molly spoke, the look of devastation on Kacey's face was all it took, I quickly ran to Kacey and gave her a small hug to try and help. "Molly, YOU ARE THE MOST EVIL PERSON I HAVE EVER MET, ITS LIKE THERE IS SOME PLACE OUT THERE WITH NO EVIL IN IT BECAUSE YOU ARE HOGGING IT ALL!" I instantly started to clap and cheer, "Yes, that's my best friend people!" There were a few moments of silence after that, then Grace broke it, "Erm, I am not an expert in slamming people but, I'm pretty sure you just lost the bet." "I don't care about a stupid bet, I am not going to let you treat my friend like that." I cheered again, "You tell them Hon!" She turned to me and gave me a small hug then went over to Andy, "And Andy, that's not a burp," She then burped for much longer than Andy, "That's a burp." Andy looked in awe, "Marry me," Stevie then shooed him away. "You know, I think Andy might have a slight crush on you," We chuckled together and walked back to Kacey. "Wow, I am just so touched by the love between you three besties, it doesn't matter though, It's after 3 Kacey, you've already blown off Tony, Ciao for now!" She then left with a smirk. "Just to be clear Kacey, you are helping us clean the room, and yes, you are officially our bestie," I say making her smile and we hugged. "But check your stupid phone, see if you can still make it," Stevie encouraged. She had to meet him on the other side of the school and we used a device that I didn't know Nelson and Kevin had made to launch her to where Tony was. 

At the gig we played our first song and a small snip-it of our second song, during that song Zander got me from the crowd and pulled me onto the stage where I got to dance as the band played, it made me feel a spark of passion, like I was meant to me right on stage. I was meant to be with the band up here. When the gig ended I pulled Zander aside, "I want to tell you something, but you cannot tell anyone." "My lips are sealed," I made sure no one else was there and whispered into his ear. "I can sing," When I pulled away he only smiled, "Only you and Stevie know, well Jack does too but only because he's a creep," He nodded. "Would you sing for me?" "Maybe," we held hands. "I'll take that as a yes."
