1.3- Dire Disappointments

Estelle's eyes flew open, she looked around for a second confused on why she had woken up. Until she heard another noise coming from the hallway.

She just laid back down, chalking it up to nothing. Then she heard a door slam and got out of bed.

She slowly walked across her room towards her door, before opening and walking into the hallway, looking around.

"Elena?" Estelle asked spotting her sister, "what are you doing?" She questioned, "I heard a noise, was that you" Elena replied.

"No, I just woke up" Estelle responded. Suddenly they both heard a noise behind them and spun around, quickly.

Elena couldn't help but gasp when she saw alaric standing behind them in nothing but his underwear.

"Alaric, hey" Estelle said awkwardly, trying to hide the second hand embarrassment she felt for the man. "Estelle, Elena. Ahem" he replied, his voice awkward as well.

"We heard something" Elena explained, Alaric just chuckled nervously, avoiding the girls gaze, embarrassed.

Jenna then walked into the hallway, wearing Alaric's shirt. She ran her hand through her hair, a strong feeling of embarrassment running through her.

"That was us, sorry" Jenna apologized, awkwardly. "We didn't think anyone else was up" Alaric stated, "but here you are" Jenna added.

A uncomfortable silence fell between the group, before Alaric broke it. "Chunky monkey?" He offered extending the bowl to the girls.

"No thanks" Elena responsed, "yeah I'm okay" Estelle said, choking back her laughter. "Well" Alaric chuckled, nervously.

"I'm naked. So I'm gonna go" he added, running back to Jenna's room, hurriedly. "I'm really really sorry." Jenna apologized, her face guilty.

Elena started to walk back to her room, when she reached her door. Elena turned around, her face admitting a small smile.

"It's okay, Jenna, don't worry about it" she stated, before walking back into her room, closing the door behind her.

"I know he's been staying over a lot" Jenna sighed, before she could speak again, Estelle spoke up.

"Look aunt Jen I love you and if he makes you happy that's amazing, but.. he's not even that good looking I don't know how you do it" Estelle ranted out her serious tone turning into a joking one.

"He's extremely good looking" Jenna countered with a smile. "Whatever you say" Estelle laughed, before heading for her door.

Right before she went inside her bedroom, she looked back at Jenna, "I do however think it's a little weird you're having sex with him in same room my dead parents had sex in but if that's Alaric's kink so be it" she said, her face serious, before returning to her bedroom.

Jenna's mouth opened slightly as she looked at where the girl stood in shock, shaking her head.

"Hey. Uh, can we talk" Stefan questioned, obviously a little nervous. "Why" Estelle deadpanned.

Before Stefan had the chance to speak again, Damon blurted out "we went to she Katherine." With a sigh Estelle opened her door wider, "come on in" she stated.

"Elena is in the kitchen" she added, her voice annoyed. In her opinion it was way too early to deal with the Salvatore's.

"So what exactly happened" Estelle asked as they sat in the living room, "she wanted her freedom for the moonstone, and in return she'll disappear from mystic falls forever" Damon summarized.
