1.1- Running from Fate

When Estelle finally awoken, she was in an old dirty house. Elena standing above her, concern and fear in her eyes as blood leaked from her head.

"Estelle. Thank God" Elena muttered. "What happened" Estelle questioned, her eyes struggling to focus.

"We were kidnapped.. by vampires" Elena whispered the last part. Hoping not to scare her younger sister.

"Ki- kidnapped" Estelle stuttered standing up from the uncomfortable sofa. "We need to go" she panicked looking around.

"You need to calm down" Elena said in a calm and mellow tone. Although she was also scared, she couldn't show Estelle that.

A woman with short brown hair walked in with a man. "What do you want" Elena asked masking her fear and putting on a strong face for her sister.

"Oh my god, you look just like her" the woman commented, staring at Elena face. "but I'm not" Elena immediately said. "Please whatever you-"

Before she could finish her sentence a harsh, almost angry voice interrupted her. "Be quiet!" The woman yelled.

"But she's not Katherine" Estelle pleaded. "I know who she is, just as I know who you are. I said be quiet!!" The woman shouted the last sentence.

"What do you want?" Elena asked, stepping beside her sister, an overwhelming feeling of protection.

As soon as the words left Elena mouth the woman swung her hand, slapping Elena. She was flung back onto the couch behind her, passed out.

"I want you to be quiet" The woman commented, towards her unconscious body.
Trevor, the man with her, looked Estelle up and down.

She's beautiful, even with smugged makeup and a dirty dress. "What about you" Trevor asked, smirking at the young girl. "Anything to say"

Estelle couldn't help to feel, nervous and afraid. Her voice slightly shaking "what do you want" she whispered.

"Me. All I want is you and your-" Trevor began before being interrupted. "Trevor" The woman interjected.

"Don't be a bore, Rose" The man smirked. "If either of us were to touch her. Not only would we have Klaus to deal with but Elijah and Rebekah as well." Rose warned.

Estelle knew those names. Although she had never truly believed the dreams were real, these people were afraid of ghosts.

This information sparked a new fear inside Estelle. If they were real then the things Klaus told her about Soulmates were too.

"I'm sure they wouldn't mind. How would they find out" Trevor smirked at her, making Estelle snap out of her thoughts.

"Go to the other room. Away from her" Rose demanded. "Fine.. you deal with them" Trevor scoffed, walking out in a huff.

When Elena's eyes had finally drifted back open, she could hear quiet arguing from a room close by.

She glanced towards where Estelle was before, to see her still there trying to make out the conversation. "Ellie" Elena whispered.

Estelle immediately made eye contact with the girl. Her finger pushed against her lips, telling Elena to be quiet.

"We need to go now" Estelle's hushed voice stated. Elena nodded, letting her sister take her hand.

To get to the front door they would need to pass, the room the arguing was coming from and Estelle couldn't help but want to know what they were talking about.
