The next day, Peg woke up and was delighted to see the beautiful Bahamas through her balcony door as the cruise approached Nassau. She couldn't wait to get of the cruise and go exploring. She continued to look at the beautiful city of Nassau as she sat in the Seashell Café and had another delicious breakfast, which included porridge, toast with butter, a fruit salad, a cheese, bacon and mushroom omelette and two cups of coffee.

At nine, Peg went back to her room to get her handbag, her digital camera, her sun hat, her sun cream and her sunglasses. She was delighted that her room looked very nice and clean. She just wished Max was in her room so she could tell him what an amazing job he had done for her.

It was twenty past nine when she reached the Seabed Theater. She was given a green sticker with the letter 'D' on it, meaning she and the other people were in the 'D' tour group. It was half nine when she and Group D were called to depart the cruise and get onto their tour bus, so they could finally explore the Bahamas.

Peg loved seeing everything she saw as the tour bus drove her and her tour group around the amazing Bahamas. The first stop the bus made at was the beautiful Queen's Staircase and Peg loved seeing everything about it.

After half an hour of exploring the incredible major landmark, the tour group went back on the bus and then they drove to the Ardastra Gardens and Conservation Centre and Peg enjoyed exploring the massive, lovely gardens and seeing all the amazing wildlife, especially the flamingos and the tortoises among them, and learning about them and the centre was doing all they could to help them.

Then after two good hours of exploring the gardens and seeing and learning about the wildlife in the centre, the tour group went back on the bus and went to see the Gardens of the Groves. Then after two more hours of seeing the lovely gardens and the beautiful wildlife that lived in it, it was time for the bus to head back to Nassau.

It was half two in the afternoon when the bus arrived back in Nassau. Peg still had five more hours before she needed to return to the cruise so she decided to make the most out of the Bahamas and continue exploring as much as she could.

"So how do you like the Bahamas?"

Peg turned to face the guy who spoke to her and she was delighted to see that it was Max approaching her. He wasn't wearing his cruise outfit; he was just wearing his black trainers, dark blue pants and yellow tank top.

"Oh, Max, it's really amazing," Peg said.

"Care to tell me about your adventures over lunch?"

"Oh, definitely. Where do you recommend?"

"Follow me and I'll show you," Max said.

Peg was excited as she followed him.

The place Max took Peg to was a nice cafe and they had their lunch there. Max had fried fish with peas and rice while Peg had a conch salad. As they enjoyed their delicious Bahamian lunch, Peg told Max everything she saw on her bus tour and how much she enjoyed visiting them. She showed him all the photos she took on her digital camera today and she even showed him all the photos she took while she was in Miami and he saw photos of her in the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, at Zoo Miami, walking in Bayfront Park and many art and science museums.

"Are you enjoying your lunch, Peg?" Max asked.

"Yeah, it's very delicious," Peg said. "So you come here every time when the ship is docked in the Bahamas?"

"Yeah, when I have free time, which I do this afternoon," Max said. "And I come to this café every time I do and the staff all know me so they know my favorite order unless their special menus interest me."

"Very good," Peg said. "So, Max, where do you recommend I go next? We have four and a half hours before I have to go back on the cruise."

"I strongly recommend very two good places," Max replied.

Peg got very excited about them as she followed Max after he paid the bill for them both.

The first place Max took Peg to was the Thunderball Grotto. He knew a friend, who was an iguana called Michael and had his own speedboat, and he arranged him to take him and Peg to explore the underwater cave. Michael even let them borrow two snorkel masks. Once they reached the grotto, Max, wearing his bright orange swim shorts, and Peg, wearing her bright brown bikini, jumped into the sea and went to explore it. Peg followed Max as he led her into the stunning grotto and she really enjoyed the whole experience. She enjoyed seeing everything in it, including the cave, the exotic marine life and the coral and the sunshine reflections and the water temperature couldn't be any better. After a good long hour of exploring everything about the grotto and everything in it, they returned to Michael's speedboat and then they made their way to the second place Max recommended.

"So how many times have you visited that lovely grotto, Max?" Peg asked, as she dried herself with a towel and put her clothes back on.

"A few times, Peg," Max replied, as he dried himself with a towel and put his clothes back on.

"And I enjoyed every time I go to visit it, but this time it was extra special because I did it with you."

"Oh, thanks, Max," Peg said. "And if it weren't for you, I wouldn't even know about it let alone enjoy the experience, so thank you for suggesting this."

"You're welcome," Max said. "And you'll like this place we're going to go to next."

"Oh, I can't wait," Peg squealed with delight.

And Peg wasn't disappointed when she and Max reached the second place he recommended, which was Blue Lagoon Island. It did cost extra, but because Max was a regular visitor and visited it whenever he could, he could pay for a discount for himself and for Peg. They did many amazing activities there, including swimming with dolphins, having encounters with sealions, stingrays and sharks and having a tour of the incredible island. After making the most out of this amazing place for three hours, it was time head back to the cruise.

"Well, did you enjoy that island, Peg?" Max asked.

"I loved it, Max," Peg said. "Your suggestions this afternoon have definitely been very worth it."

"Thanks, Peg," Max said.

"If I ever come back to the Bahamas and spend a longer vacation on it, are there other places you recommend?" Peg asked.

"Oh, yeah, definitely," Max replied. Then he told her about the water park Aquaventure, the aquarium Atlantis Paradise Island, Coco Cay, Clifton Heritage National Park, Baha Bay Water Park, the Pirates of Nassau Museum and plenty of beaches and he told her they were all worth exploring if Peg wanted to come back and spend more time in the Bahamas and he also would recommended it to PJ, Lucy, Patrick and Penelope. And Max's recommendations were all she needed.

Soon Max and Peg reached the dock where the cruise was and Max thanked Matthew and paid him enough money for his worth this afternoon.

"Thank you so much for everything today, Max," Peg said, as they walked back to the cruise, with only twenty minutes left to board it. "You really made today so incredible."

"And you made it very incredible for me too," Max said. "I have been to the Bahamas plenty of times ever since I got transferred to this McDuck cruise in the Caribbean two years ago and I always like coming here, but this has been my favorite Bahamas day ever in my life and it's mainly because of you."

"Oh, Max!" Peg squealed happily. Then she hugged him. "And this day has been amazing in everything, but especially because of sharing it with you."

"Thanks, Peg," Max said, hugging her back.

"Hey, Max, because you treated me for lunch," Peg said, "can I treat you for dinner? In the Kelp Forest Restaurant by, say, eight o'clock?"

Max smiled. "Sounds awesome to me, Peg. See you there."

Then they went to board the cruise but in different ways as Peg was a passenger and Max was a crew member.
