Alizeh took a deep breath and entered their room. She was least interested in hearing Izhaan's nagging but she married him and this was her fate.
"Izhaan mein phele hi bol rahi hu mene jaan kar nahi bola." Alizeh replied.
"Jaan kar nahi bola? Mene mana kia tha Alizeh! I told you not too. Mere maazi (past) me jo hua me nahi chahta kisi ko pata chale! Phir bhi tumne sabke samne boldia." Izhaan snapped.
"And I covered it up okay! It's okay accidents hojate ha." Alizeh replied.
"Azaan bhot sharp ha! Usse us waqt hi shak hogaya tha he must have joined the points." Izhaan said.
"Toh kia hua Izhaan? He is 22 he can know it." Alizeh shouted.
"Know what Alizeh? Know what? Kia krunga mein jab wo sawal poochega? Kia bolunga mein? Kese hua tha accident? Uska bhai drugs lekar nashe ki halat me dhun tha?" Izhaan yelled back.
"Izhaan! Calm down." Alizeh held his hand.
"I failed them Alizeh! I failed them." Izhaan said broken.
"You didn't do it on purpose Izzi! You were drugged! Things were nasty uss raat itna sab hua tha and nothing was your fault." Alizeh rubbed his shoulders.
"I don't want them to know! Please Alizeh don't let them know." Izhaan requested.
"They won't! Don't worry. I promise meri galti hogai pareshani me nikal gaya mujhse ainda nahi hoga." Alizeh promised.
"Bahi nahi to Rehaan se to share kro Izhaan! Kitne din apne andar daba kar bethoge sab batein?" Alizeh asked.
Izhaan looked away. He was not ready for his conversation not today not tomorrow or ever again. Those days were over and all he had was painful memories.
"Mama baba!" Zozo knocked on the door.
"Ajaou!" Izhaan called suddenly grateful for his arrival.
"Cleaners uncles aye hq chachu ne mujhe kaha mein apko call krlu." Zozo entered inside and said.
"Aiaou." Izhaan said to Alizeh who glared at him for leaving the conversation midway.
"Mene bulaye ha cleaners? Tum ne to bulaye ha." Izhaan smiled charmingly.
"8000 rupees pay krne ha lekar ana." She rolled her eyes and walked downstairs.
Ayzel was passing by when her gaze fell in Saba's room. Her ever charming step mother was sitting on bed while her nurse was trying to tie her hair.
Ayzel can see the pain and sheen tears in her eyes. Saba always loved her hair she enjoyed braiding her hair and she was hating every moment of nurse doing it.
Ayzel couldn't help but enter inside.
"Salam Mummy!" She greeted.
"Ayzel?" Saba asks groggily.
"Ap de ye mujhe." Ayzel took the comb from nurse's hand.
"Mein bandadu?" She asks and Saba smiled Thankfully.
"Ap please mujhe bulalia kare! Jis tarreqe se ap karahi thi inhe takleef horahi thi." Ayzel said to nurse who nodded in return.
"Mummi? Choti (braid) karu ya bun?" Ayzel asks.
"Choti banane kab ayi tumhe?" Saba asks.
"Thore time phele seekhli thi." Ayzel replied giggling.
"Banado." Saba replied.
Ayzel gently combed her hair untangled every single knot that to very gently. She knows that Saba doesn't like keeping oil in her hair for longer period of time so she didn't put it.
