I've come across a building by the name "Fraternal Post 115". Upon entering, I was viciously attacked by a group of super mutants who I just managed to fend off with my lazer rifel. One of them appeared to be blind, a bandage wrapped around his now vaporized head. Its all that remains, actually. I empathize with the super mutants. So much power in a mind so powerless. I overheard the others refer to him as Deadeye. And judging by the bags of rotting human meat, I can safely assume they've been camping here a long time. And super mutants are certainly more intelligent than I thought, as near their main campfire was a functioning radio playing Diamond City Radio. I guess they like their tunes.

Either way, the building is in sever disrepair. Creaks, holes and cave-ins fill the place. Near the enterence was a still intact American flag, leading me to think this place was most likely a place of patriotism or significance to the pre-war government. This theory was further strengthened when I came across multiple enlistment and war bond posters hung on the walls. I entered what was left of the buildings bathroom through a gaping hole in the wall, where I found two skeletons, presumably pre-war, clad in army uniforms. What saddened me was the one huddled inside a closed stall with a bottle of bourbon. Perhaps the others fled when the bombs dropped, but this man decided to stay behind, lock himself in the bathroom and have one last drink before his demise. This last act was also shared by another individual in the upstairs section of the building, missing clothing and sat in a chair next to a desk, bourbon next to him/her. I imagine the vast majority of people evacuated from the building, but these decided to stay put. Truly heart wrenching. I also theorize that the super mutants were not the first to camp here post-war, as I found a rather lucrative stash of bottle caps underneath a desk on the upperfloor, and I highly doubt super mutants would be smart enough to hide it, let alone use currency.

Last but not least I discovered a working terminal, the only working one in the building and perhaps the most significant; the "Executives Terminal". A war hero by the name of Nate was to give a speech here. Is it THE Nate? I'm not entirely sure. There was also a short list of upcoming events for Sep 2077, Nov 2077, Dec 2077 and Jan 2078. They truly had no idea what was coming.
