I'm just gonna do bits and pieces of this song :P
I tried to act super confident because I wanted to fit in with the group. Everyone in the group was so smart, and I knew I could be smart too!
"I'ma get into King's College! Not to brag, but I am super smart! The only problem is, I got a lot of brains, but no polish. But besides that, with every word, I DROP KNOWLEDGE!" I say, trying to sound super intelligent.
"Only seven, but my mind is older! I am the A-L-E-X-A-N-D-E-R!!" I say with a lot to confidence. Spelling my name was pretty hard to do from the top of my head.
"There will be a revolution in this school year!Don't be shocked when the future kindergarteners mention me!" I yell confidently. I didn't really know what I was saying, but by the look of the group's faces, it seemed like they were interested.
Then, I heard the Aaron chime in...
"Alexander, quiet down..." Aaron says through his teeth.
"You gotta keep out of trouble! I know what you're saying, but if you talk too much, you're gonna be friend-less!" Aaron says to me with his hands on my shoulders. His eyes were glaring into mine.
I then started to speak again, but then I realize I might be talking too much, like Aaron said. I lower my voice a little bit.
"Oh, am I talkin' too much? Sometimes I get too excited and start shouting random words. I've never had a group of friends before, and I promise that I'll make y'all proud..." I say, feeling a bit embarrassed.
I thought the group was mad at me until I heard Laurens speak.
"This guy seems pretty cool..." Laurens says with a smirk.
I felt myself already climbing up the 'social ladder'! After my little protest, me and the rest of the group continued to drink our juice and eat our fruit snacks.
Just a quick little FYI, this story is not supposed to make that much sense, nor are the words supposed to rhyme. Alexander is literally 7 in this.
