Facts About Story

Hey there, people! Before we continue with the data book, I'd like to tell you a little more about story's background – how it all began.

The concept

My first actual idea was born sometime during elementary, though I can't remember in which grade exactly; probably 6th or 7th-8th.

I remember how I started to develop an interest in history, military stuff and during that time I also discovered the thrilling world of Girls und Panzer. And guess how? Sabaton AMVs!

Basically, I discovered that anime has a nice little story and wanted to make my own version of it. 😁

I began to work on something more interesting; just boys and military stuff. I remember it had planes, tanks, artillery, rifles and had a bunch of characters from various nations and those were all high schools as well, and all situated in their respective nations just like in final cut.

This story was more like a military fiction, with whole fights and some unrealistic stuff too.

I never really published it, since I wrote it in a notebook because I didn't have a good phone at that time and much later I discovered Wattpad and other stuff where you can publish things.

I can't remember any specific details, since I lost that notebook somewhere around the house, but all I can remember is that some characters like Dmitri, Alek and Yuri never went through much changes, but many other characters did.

But I remember vividly what was the name of the first concept. It was called Russian Captains written in my mother language, Serbian.

I was a kid, I knew nothing about naming stories to be honest! 😅

I even had some character designs that I drew by myself back then on paper, in fact clueless of an actual artwork stuff and how it works. They were more like the doodles a child would make. I really love to draw in my free time as a hobby, and back then I was still a beginner, practicing and learning to draw different designs. But I lost all these drawings.

Little break...

When I finished the concept idea, I wrote it again in the new notebook so it was easier to read and I felt like I was about to publish this stuff! Since then, I never wrote or made more artworks for the story again. I decided to take short break and in the meantime I started high school - a fresh start.

Until...

The epic battle; pandemic vs. my boredom

At the end of my freshman year and beginning of my second year in high school, my country went into a complete lockdown because of the first case of COVID-19 here.

I remember that one day ago I was still in the  classroom, chatting with my friends about "this new flu" that just came here.

The lockdown was in full swing by the winter semester and during my classes on Teams we were all pretty much tired of it already - online classes, e-mail assigments and only coming to school to do the exams and get grades. It was so  boring and since we were not able to hang out with each other as often as before made this really a difficult time.

I get it you didn't have to go to school and look at some teachers you hated the most, but somehow I missed my two good friends and time we spent before this.

But!

I wasn't too much bored at that time. It was in January 2021, and one day I had a sudden burst of motivation and installed Wattpad. I set up my fancy profile and explored a bit until I started to  write what would be what you all know today as Invincible and Legendary.
