A normal day...?

I woke up at exactly eight that morning, I sat up, then  immediately went to the bathroom and washed my face for exactly one minute. I raked back my short brown hair with my hand exactly four times. Even number. I brushed my teeth for exactly two minutes.
I went into the kitchen at exactly eight o'six then pulled out a skillet before opening my fridge and grabbing exactly two eggs. I made an omelette, then I ate the omelette.
At exactly eight twenty six I went back into my room and changed into my clothes for the day. I put on a pair of baggy jeans along with a crew neck jacket over top a suit shirt with the caller sticking out. I put on my shoes then grabbed my keys.
Turn off the stove four times
A familiar voice echoed in my head, after all.. the voice was mine.
I tried to brush it off and leave
Turn off the stove exactly four times or bad things will happen..
I shook my head trying to ignore it as it got louder
Turn. Off. The. Stove. Four. Times.
I clenched my fist as I walked back into the kitchen and turned my gas stove to the off section four times just to settle my mind.
I sighed before I headed back to my door. I reached to open it then heard
Make sure you lock and unlock the door exactly four times before you leave
Once I got outside I begrudgingly unlocked the door and locked it back four times in a row. I need to get back to the doctor, things are getting worse.
I walked down the street on the way to my job. Once I arrived I went inside and placed my things down "ah you're right on time" I heard a voice behind me.
I turned around and saw Gavin, my boss.
"Hello sir" I said professionally as I checked the clock. It's exactly nine in the morning, an even number.
Tap four times or bad things will happen
Things are oddly bad when it comes to my OCD today huh? I tapped on my leg four times, my boss didn't notice
"So that's why I need you to get those reports out on Monday. And don't forget about tonight, it's a big night tonight." I nodded acknowledging what he said. He gave me a smile "good luck today Alex" he waved before walking off.
I looked at the clock, nine o'seven
Don't move. If you move before an even number bad things will happen.
I stayed perfectly still staring at the clock for the next minute before it hit exactly nine o'eight. After that I turned around and organized my desk in perfect order. The pens go on the left. The papers stay in the middle. My laptop stays on the right corner at exactly a forty degree angle curved where the sun that shines in from the window would miss.
Everything has a place and everything is in its place.
I sat down and began to work.
Tonight is a very important night. I cant afford any mistakes or mishaps tonight. Everything needs to be perfect.
