"How are you so close to Ed?" Maka and Liz interrogate Elina.

"I'm his guard." Elina replies bluntly.

"What?" Maka and Liz ask, confused.

"Hahah. Actually I'm his translator But. I've saved his ass so many times its become somewhat of a job." Elina explains. "But to be honest he's a real pain in the ass! He always slacks off. Stuffs himself before I finish making dinner. Refuses to drink milk. Don't even get me started on his temper!!!!"

"So you just work with Ed?" Liz asks

"Well kind of. Actually my job is done with the elric's but it's my personal task to help them" Elina's face became sort of sorrowful and serious with a light smile on her face.

"Huh?" Maka slipped it out of her mouth.

"Well you know about al. They're looking for a stone. The philosopher's stone. It'll help him get Al's body back. But as you can see my left arm is missing too." Maka and Liz looked to find out it was true. "My dad found the recipe for the stone but died before he finished it. My older brother and I attempted to make it on a train. We didn't know the last piece to the stone. We began to transmute it. My brother screamed as I saw the train starting to dissolve along with the people inside it. It was awful. Kids and parents. It took them all. My brother got dragged in. My arm was beginning to dissolve as well. As soon as I removed my self from the circle my arm began bleeding. But something much more was taken." Elina became serious.

"What was taken?" Liz and Maka asked feeling curious and pitying Elina (I DON'T NEED YOUR PITTY >A<)

"A piece of my soul." Elina clutched her shirt.

"Your soul?" Maka and Liz asked.

"Yeah." Elina said.

"I'll check." Maka said.

"You can see souls?" Liz and Elina asked.

"Yeah" Maka took a look. "Oh wow. Your soul really is missing a piece. A big one." Maka said. "What could have done that to a soul?"

"Ed is missing part of his soul too." Elina said. Her voice solemn now.

"What?" Maka and Liz turned to her.

"Ed saw 'it'. Or as 'it' calls itself. 'The truth'. When you see it... it rips you apart as a toll. As soon as it takes a piece of you, it reaches inside and begins to rip your soul."Elina became very serious.

Later.

"Ed." Elina was getting mad. "Drink it"

"No friggin way!!!" Ed was getting nervous but hid it by yelling. Elina was the only one who has gotten him to drink milk. Last time she hit him right in a nerve and paralyzed him, then forced him to drink it.

"Edward". Elina stood up.

"Aghh! Get away from me!!!" Ed began to run away. Elina sprang and tackled him. The whole time the two fought.

"Maka. I think this girl's gonna be fun. She seems cool to me." Soul said while staring in amazement at Elina.

"Oooooh. A new little boy? And he's cute too." Blaire walks in with only a towel on. "Ooooh. Why don't you or soul come take a bath with me the water's really warm." Blaire purrs as she drops the towel. Elina jumps up and covers al's eyes (or his armor's eye holes).

" PUT SOME CLOSE ON. SHEESH. ARE YOU TRYING TO RUIN AL'S INNOCENCE." Elina screams.

Ed finally snaps out of his dizziness and is about to turn his head to see whats going on when Elina kicks him.

"DON'T LOOK YOU PERVY IDIOT!!!!!" Elina screams furiously.

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?" Ed screams.

"SHUT UP!!! DON'T THINK IM GOING TO LET YOUR INNOCENCE BE TAKEN TOO..." Elina thinks for a moment. "Or at least what's left of it".

"WHADDA YA MEAN 'WHAT'S LEFT OF IT'?"

"OH PLEASE DON'T TRY AND TELL ME YOUR PURE. AL TOLD ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU AND THAT SYREN INCIDENT." Elina gets pissed.

Meanwhile Maka forced Blaire to get dressed. She then cleans up soul's nosebleed before giving him a good punch. Ed and Elina finally calm down. Elina gets tired really fast.

"Ahhhhh. I think I'm gonna pass out." Elina says groggily.

"What's wrong?" Al asked.

"I had to rush to the station and get on the train. Then I got off on the wrong stop and the closest train station that was headed here was a five hour walk. I finally got on the train headed here at midnight and tried to sleep but this guy had a big goat with him. It kept making noise so it was impossible to sleep." Elina said getting kind of grumpy.

"Oh. So thaaat's why you were so mad!" Ed said.

"Oh. Ed. So your a state alchemist right?" Maka asked. "How do you prove your with the military?"

"Oh. Well. They give you a pocket watch and a nickname if you're a state alchemist. Like mine is fullmetal and Elina's is the crystal alchemist. We both have pocket watches. Here's mine." Ed shows Maka. "Elina has one too. Right elina?" Ed turned to look at Elina but she was fast asleep on the floor.

"*sigh* I guess we better get her to bed. Thanks for letting us stay here." Ed says. And with that, he picks up his suitcase and carries Elina to their room. (Dont get any ideas. They have separate beds!!! Perva >w<).

"Good night." Al bows and follows his brother.

"This is going to be interesting" soul says.

'I wonder if Ed will... no he probably won't remember. If he did he would have recognized me. But. Then again I have changed over these nine years. Oh. Ed. Please remember. I don't think I can take the fact you didn't notice me." Elina silently thought while snuggling into a nice sleep. Ed is grabbing a blanket for her. As he puts it over her he stops at those three words and feels like he's Been punched in the chest. No. His heart.

Those three words.

"Ed. Please. Remember"
