After sometimes, the team arrived at Shinzen High for their intense training together with Fukurodani, Shinzen, Ubugawa and even Karasuno. The Nekoma team had their baggage and stuffs out from the bus and head straight to the gymnasium to meet up with the others.
"KENMAAAAAAA!!!", a boy with an orange hair ran up to Kenma to greet up with an excitement.
"Oh, hi Shoyo," Kenma turned to the orange haired boy. The boy was so happy to meet Kenma as well as the other Nekoma boys when he caught eyes on Y/N who was standing next to Kenma.
"Oh, hi! Are you happen to be Nekoma's new manager?," he asked.
"Hi there! Yes, I'm the manager. My name is Y/N L/N," she said, extending her hand to the orange-haired boy, knowing that anyone who was friends with the Nekoma Volleyball team was a friend of hers as well.
"I'm Hinata Shoyo. Nice to meet you!" Hinata replied with a smile, shaking her hand.
"Hey, guys! Especially you, Tanaka and Noya! Look! We have a pretty manager!!!", Yamamoto's sound can be heard from a far.
Kuroo along with the others sighed while Y/N giggled, trying to hold her laughter at their reactions.
After a brief chat and meeting the other teams, they went to their respective rooms to unpack and prepare for training at the gym. Y/N shared a room with other managers from different schools. She quickly made new friends and got along well with the other girls named Kiyoko, Yachi, Yukie, Kaori, Mako and Eri.

During the practice, everyone seemed to be pushing themselves really hard as their opponents for the practice match were really strong especially the Fukurodani team, knowing really well that they have one of the top five spiker in the nation which was Kotaro Bokuto.
Apparently, Y/N was watching her team fought against Fukurodani. The practice match was intense as Fukurodani were heading the game. At the same time, Y/N had also brought along an emergency kit just in case anything happen to the team as well as the other team. As she was watching the match, her eyes were only glued to Kuroo all the time. Occasionally, she would ended up being delusional about Kuroo and got caught staring by him. Same goes to Kuroo, at times he would be glancing over Y/N when she was talking to the coach or doing her duty.
By then, the match has ended and Fukurodani won by 2 sets allowing the team to take a break after the match. Y/N then hand over the water bottles and towels to the boys, at the same time cheering them up even though it was just a practice match.
"HEY HEY HEY, Kuroo!," a voice a far coming from a spiky-grey haired boy with a face almost similar to an owl approaching Kuroo.
"Oya, Bokuto," Kuroo answered.
"You know, I noticed something odd about you throughout the match just now cause like....you've been SMILLING and GIGGLING a lot than normal," he asked with a widened eyes and lifted one of his eyebrows.
Interested in the conversation, the Nekoma boys gathered around them while Y/N was out to settle some of her business.
"Yeah, I noticed it too," Akaashi said.
"Come to think about it, Bokuto-kun is right. Is something going on to you Kuroo-san?" Lev pointed out.
"C'mon you can tell us," Kai blurted out.
"Nothing happ-," just before Kuroo could speak anything, Kenma cut him off.
"He likes someone," Kenma pointed out of nowhere, putting his head up for a while from his PSP and continued to play with his game.
Everyone around him was shocked by what Kenma has spouted out and all eyes were on Kuroo, hearing that the captain has someone he's interested in despite having a lot of fangirls whom he has no interested in.
"W-woah woah hold on there, Kenma you bastard...," Kuroo spoke out and couldn't continue to say anything as everyone started to make a fuss about it.
"EHHHHHHH?! KUROO WHO IS IT? WHO DO YOU LIKEEEEE??!!!," Bokuto asked with confusion and excitement.
"Is it one of your fangirl, Kuroo-san? NO FAIRRRRRR!!" Yamamoto grabbed by his collar and shake him.
"W-Wait, hold on everyone just let me explain!" Kuroo spurted.
All of them were making a huge commotion causing everyone in the gym to look at them with confusion but then ignore and proceed with their own practice.
Out of the blue, Y/N went out to them, "What do you want to explain, Kuroo?" she asked with confusion and tilted her head to the side while holding her emergency kit.
"Ahhh Y/N-chan! You see Kuroo li-," Bokuto's mouth got shut by Kuroo before he could even speak.
Did she just arrived?!
"N-nothing, Y/N. I was about to explain,uhhh- why I li-likee grilled salted mackerel pike!" Kuroo answered while still had one of his hand shutting Bokuto's mouth. (clearly Bokuto was struggling)
"Ahhh, I see. I thought you were injured or something again. Anyways, you guys can go ahead and get ready for dinner," Y/N continued.
"Alright, ma'am!," everyone saluted at Y/N which made her chuckled by their weird but funny behavior.
Y/N then leave the scene to continue cleaning up the gym leaving the rest of the team behind. A small silence took place before Kenma broke it,
"You guys will know soon," he spouted and continue walking away with his PSP on his hand leaving the curiosity on the others. Kuroo sighed and flee of from the scene as well.
"I THINK I KNOW WHO!", Bokuto spurted out to the others.
"I guess we ALL do," Yaku said while glancing with the others as all of them agreed, watching Y/N from the other side and Kuroo also on the opposite side.
(It seemed like everyone knew the person who Kuroo had eyes on after witnessing the incident hoho)
Y/N POV
After the match between Nekoma, I went out to meet Kaori who was busy preparing dinner at the kitchen. And not to forget, giving a few updates to Ichiro-chan. After meeting and helping her with some stuffs, I went back into the gym to find out that Kuroo was surrounded by his teammates as well as Bokuto and Akaashi. For instant, I thought that Kuroo was injured so I quickly grabbed my emergency kit and quickly ran toward the crowd where he was in.
I couldn't heard their conversation but could only catch a sentence spurted out by Kuroo.
"W-Wait, hold on everyone just let me explain!" Kuroo spurted with worries on her face.
I arrived around them and started to wonder what were they talking about. I accidently asked without even thinking about what was I about to say.
"What do you want to explain, Kuroo?", I asked.
Before he could even say, Bokuto interrupted and was about to answer on his behalf but cut off my Kuroo quickly shut Bokuto's mouth.
Are they hiding something from me?
Kuroo then said that he was about to explain 'why he likes grilled salted mackerel pike' which suprised me and made me relieve that he's not injured or something.
Wait, did I just care about him?
"Ahhh, I see. I thought you were injured or something again. Anyways, you guys can go ahead and get ready for dinner," I continued and flee from the scene to clear the gym.
As I was walking towards the bench at the side of the court, I could not help but to glance over Kuroo before I continue my job which apparently made my heart goes lub-dub even faster than normal and made me blushed.
What's wrong with me? N-no? Kuroo, what have you done to my heart ARGHHHHHHH!!!!
