Ichiro's POV

As I approached the bed after hearing Kuroo-san calling out for me, my eyes immediately took in the sight of Y/N lying still, her face pale against the white pillow. I took a deep breath, steadying myself before reaching out to gently place my fingers on her wrist. The faint pulse beneath my fingertips was a small relief. Her breathing, though shallow, was steady, and the gentle rise and fall of her chest was a reassuring sign.

I began my routine examination, carefully checking her temperature and observing her overall condition. The soft hum of the fluorescent lights overhead and the quiet murmurs from the hallway were the only sounds breaking the silence of the room. I could see the concern etched into the faces of Kuroo and Kenma standing nearby, their eyes following my every move.As I worked, I made small, calming notes to myself, making sure everything was as it should be. Her vital signs were stable, and there were no immediate signs of any severe issues. I took a moment to adjust her blankets and tucked them around her to ensure she was comfortable.

Turning to Kuroo and Kenma, I offered them a warm, reassuring smile.

"She's going to be alright," I said, my voice gentle but confident.

"She's stable, and there's no need to worry. She just needs a bit of rest, and she'll be up and about soon enough," I continued.

Kuroo looked relieved, though his eyes still held traces of worry. Kenma, though more reserved, gave a nod of appreciation. I could see the tension easing from their shoulders as they took in my words.

"She's in good hands now," I continued, trying to ease their lingering fears.

"Why don't you two take a seat and try to relax for a bit? And I demand a full explanation on what happened to my dearest Y/N," I said looking at both of them.

Kuroo and Kenma took my advice, finding seats on opposite sides of the room and started to tell the full story.

Kuroo's POV

Ichiro-san's words brought a wave of relief that I didn't realize I was holding back. I nodded, trying to mask the storm of emotions swirling inside me.

"Thank you, Ichiro-san," I said, my voice steady but carrying a hint of the worry that still lingered.

After relaxing for a bit, she demanded a full explanation on what had happened to her. I didn't know the full story on why she suddenly collapsed but for sure Kenma knew everything.

"There were some girls picking a fight on her...." Kenma explained everything from there.

After knowing everything, I took a seat in one of the hard plastic chairs beside Y/N's bed, my eyes never straying far from her still form. The room was quiet, save for the occasional rustle of papers from the nurse's desk and the faint hum of the overhead lights. Kenma decided to stay with me alongside Y/N, but I told him to go on without me and best to explain everything to the others at the gym which surprisingly he agreed on.
