Bhumika's pov

"Good morning maa!" Coming downstairs in my office wear I smiled at her..hugging her tightly her hands ruffling my hair slightly making me look at her fake annoyed before straightening them..and grinning.

"What's in breakfast??" I winced as she seated my hand away from the bowl before opening it with a cloth making sure no heat was touching her hand.

"I had been watering my hand with tons of water if it wasn't you" I mumbled as I sighed in relief. Inhaling the aroma of aaloo I smiled.

"Aaloo Puri!" I exclaim excited. Looking at the stairs I saw Adhuva pacing down his tie in his hands. As he looked at me with a gentle look.

"Babyg- maa aap iski tie baandh doge?? Vo mujhe ek document check krna tha" cutting him off I looked at her as she smiled nodding. She knows I am upset from him so best of luck Adhuva 2vs1.
(Maa will you knot his tie??. I have a document to check)

"Babygirl" ignoring his call I went towards the living room getting my laptop and checking some documents. Nice bhumika keep it up!

"Umm..it's delicious maa. I will have one more" taking another bite of Puri I looked at him passing me another puri.

"Actually I am full maa.." getting up i picked my plate taking it to the kitchen before coming in the living room and checking the files keeping them in my bag.

"Let's go" looking at Adhuva I sighed before obliging his words and walking beside him towards the car.

"Today you will analyse three files of our previous deals and contracts." I nodded listening to his schedule for me. Before getting down and walking towards the building.

"Baby.. babygirl" ignoring his calls I went in elevator just as I was about to close it his hand came between stopping the doors and getting inside. It was only two of us and reaching the top floor will take about five to six minutes. This building have about 40-50 floors.

"Babygirl..listen to me ..look I am sorry. I shouldn't have yelled at you and release my pent up anger on you. I am sorry really sorry. Please talk naa..I will never yell at you I promise pinky promise. If I do this ever again you can do anything with me but now please talk naa ...I am literally not able to focus on anything knowing that you are giving me silent treatment..please" I stopped the smile arching on my face.. looking at him coldly before the elevator opened and u went outside knowing he can't do anything here in front of employees.

"Shit." I gulped thinking about staying with him for full day in his office and how I will manage to not talk to him.
 
"Calm down. Act professionally and don't talk too much" I entered his office as he sat behind the desk busy in his files.

Sighing I went towards the couch opening my laptop and the files placed on table.

"Babygirl??" I looked at him as he walked towards me it was lunchtime means he will eat with me. But today you eat alone Adhuva.

"Let's have lunch" he responded to my raised brows before sitting beside me his eyes worn out from stress. I felt a little concerned before subsiding it and shaking my head.

"I ate a little bit too much in morning right now I am not hungry. You eat." My focus was totally on laptop as I replied. Taste your own medicine.

"But--" I looked at him sighing. "I told you I am not hungry. You eat Adhuva" I said again focusing on my work.

"Fine. I will also not eat" I looked at him raised brows as he sat there sulking like a child. 

"Your choice" I shrugged before again focusing on my laptop.

"You can eat alone you know" I looked at him drinking sixth glass of water in span of thirty minutes. And then going to washroom.

"Naah..I am not hungry" I rolled my eyes before shrugging. "However you please" I replied opening one of the files. And sighing.

"Babygirl..please..I am hungry..I admit..just forgive ...I will never yell at you or even give you a cold look..please..this is last time I am sorry.." looking at him his fingers grasping his ears like a little child..I stopped the upcoming smile on my face as I nodded..

"I will think about it" getting up I went out of office going towards the cafe and taking a latte.

Walking downstairs I hugged maa before sitting beside her drinking water.

"Adhuva is doing everything to gain my forgiveness" chuckling I looked at her as she laughed. This was both of our idea and it's working. I am literally blessed to get a mother like her. I have listened to so many daughter in laws saying their mother in laws do this and this and all..but mine is best.

"Ohh..shi-" I stopped myself from cussing looking at her raised brows before turning my gaze to Adhuva. He has a sorry board two bags walking towards me all guards and helpers looking at him curiously and snickering slightly.

"Here..babygirl..see I am really sorry..I will never do it again..I will never. I swear. Maa tell her" maa looked away before getting up and going in her room leaving both of us alone. Getting up I also walked upstairs.

Smiling at Adhuva trailing behind me with sorry board and bags in hand and saying sorry every third second.

"What?" I asked turning around folding my arms around my chest looking at him raised brows.

Smiling sheepishly he forwarded me the board then the bags before looking at me apologetically.

"Babygirl..look I am sorry..like really really sorry! Forgive me..please I can't handle this silence of yours.. you can do anything you want but just talk like we use to banter and joke around. Please" I smiled slightly at his puppy eyes his lips in slight pout.

"And if it happened again--". "It will not! If it happened ever again I will do anything you say. But please forgive me this time..please??" I chuckled before placing the gifts down and hugging him my arms wrapped around his neck feet dangling off the floor because of his tall frame.

"I forgive you. But not again if it happened"  I kissed his cheek warning him as he smiled and nodded his dimples showing making me place a kiss on them too.

"You are best!" I laughed my head nuzzle in the crook of his neck as he picked the bags and board from the side and walked towards our room with me in his arms.

"God I want to feel those delicious devouring lips" I gulped before closing my eyes as he grabbed my jaw tilting my head and smashing his lips on mine with a force which was both gentle and rough at the same time.

Kissing him back I tangled my fingers in his hair. Listening to his growl of pleasure against my lips while he nibbled at my bottom lip sucking it in between.
