Episode 2 - Falling Apart?

A-Troupe, B-Troupe and J-Troupe are all together in Studio A. Most people are stretching or warming up for the auditions when Grace walks into the room. When she's noticed everyone stares at her. However, Grace ignores it and goes to stand by Maya.

Grace: Hey Maya.

Maya: Hey.

Maya gives Grace a light hug.

Grace TH: Last year when I was sabotaging A-Troupe, I was doing it all because Maya never got on A-Troupe with me... the thing is Maya didn't know I was doing it. When she found out I tried to explain it to her, but she told me I didn't need to do that. I still think she's mad about the whole situation, but at least we're still talking.

Heath is in the corner of Studio A when Daisy runs up to him.

Heath: Daisy? I didn't know you were auditioning!

Daisy: What, did you think I was gonna stay a B-Trouper forever?

Heath: Of course not. You're too good for B-Troupe.

Daisy (jokingly): I know.

Heath: Oh, you do?

Daisy (jokingly): Obviously.

Daisy slightly laughs until she notices Michelle and Eldon entering the room. Eldon is holding a clipboard for some reason. Suddenly Daisy was silent along with everyone else there.

Michelle: Good morning dancers, and welcome to the first round of Regionals auditions!

When Michelle stops talking the room is completely silent.

Michelle (whisper): Eldon!

Eldon: Right! I'll be explaining how the auditions will work. This year we're taking on 11 A-Troupers!

Michelle TH: With Ethan's situation we don't want to just kick him out of the studio for not being here. We worked it out that when he's back he'll have to do an audition for Eldon and I, and then we'll decide if he's on the team from there. If he doesn't get on the team we'll have a backup person to put in his place.

Eldon: First we're having a duet round. Michelle and I picked your partners randomly out of...

Eldon grabs a plastic bag, filled with pieces of paper out of his pocket. Then he holds it up for the room to see.

Eldon: This! The person you're paired with will be your duet partner for this round of auditions. The two of you will create a duet together to a song of your choosing. After a while we'll call you all back to Studio A to audition. Any questions?

Nobody appears to have a question.

Eldon: Great, then here are the duets.

Eldon looks down at his clipboard.

Eldon: Niall and Ebby, Ariana and Anthony, Marcus and Maya, Jett and Xander, Alice and Danielle, Winnie and Heath, Izzy and Olive, Adele and Jan, and Grace and Daisy.

Grace looks over at Daisy, only to see Daisy's disappointed face.

Grace TH: These auditions were already going to be hard enough as it was. I can't believe I had to get paired with the one person who will never trust me.

The opening credits play.

In Studio A a few of the groups are rehearsing their dances. These groups are Anthony and Ariana, Alice and Danielle, Niall and Ebby, Adele and Jan, and Winnie and Heath. Winnie and Heath are dancing near the back of Studio A.

Winnie TH: I'm super excited to be working with Heath. It's been a while since we've danced together.

Alice and Danielle are rehearsing beside Winnie and Heath.
