The Avengers took a deep breath. Anything that starts with people who are already dead is gonna be a hard one. 

To think that Wanda is also dead was crushing. She's just a kid. An incredibly freaky kid, yes, but still a kid.

"Oh, great," Peter started in a tone that had everyone holding their breath for the backlash of the next failed joke, "You know? When people say you have to fit in it's ok not to. When fitting in kills you sometimes you just have to be an outsider. It's better for you."

"I don't see what the big deal is. Everyone is dead besides those in this room and Parker," Wanda pointed out.

I hate stark industries, 

"Rude."

Huffs and pffts were the only response to Tony's sing-song pouting.

"No, I did. I made a lot of them, but not anymore. I have fully embraced my philanthropy."

"We're really proud of you for it, too," Steve might not have been the best person to say it but Steve it was.

Tony ran with it anyway. Ain't no emotions for the Iron Man. Someone hug this man, please. 

"I don't know how to feel about an American soldier telling me my weapons are trash."

Bucky mumbled a bunch of stuff sounding suspiciously like high and mighty Americans haven't tried a Soviet something or another that had Natasha cracking up and shooting something back at him in Russian. 

They both started laughing. Everyone else was a little too scared to ask what they said. Those two are a scary bunch.

When I was ten years old,

"That is why I shut down the weapons manufacturing part of my business. I realized how many bad people were using my weapons to do bad things to good people."

Wanda just listened. She doesn't blame Stark personally anymore. She sees how foolish and exploitable being angry is. Calm, cool, and collected revenge is the only way to go. Not against Tony of course, but for future reference you know?

"That's not familiar or anything," Bucky elbowed Steve especially hard to prove his case. 

Steve yelped and then started protesting after moving safely out of elbow range, "Hey, I know. Don't sign up for experiments with government bodies. They are all out to get you. I know."

"Or government body wannabes," Wanda added.
