Plot: John Shepard was sent away after his birth, due to the ship being attacked by Cerberus and his lifepod crashed on an unknown planet and was found by an unlikely couple

This could be a reaction fic as Shepard's family and the squad mates react to the story and maybe I'll bring in the other versions of the Autobots (tf animated, bayverse, and the bumblebee/rotb, etc)
Shepard might be a techno-organic being
His right arm is a machine after an accident and converts into a gun like in the Cybertron games
Appearance:Default Male Shepard look with glowing blue eyes

Shepard had gotten involved with the alliance during Elysium as he jumped into the fight to save them after that he went into hiding (he was grounded for this)
Samara breaks her code as Shepard is healing from an attack made on her and realizes she loves him
The other Optimus and Elitas gradually worry about him
The human of the Prime verse will be inspired to do better (also June will be crushing on Shepard a bit)
Animated Blackarchina(Elita 1) might show up in the story and meet with Optimus and Elita, giving the advice and strength to return to her Optimus
As for the Decepticons, they could show up
And don't worry, Sheppard will have his "The touch" moment like his dad did in the 1986 film
Idea
The Spectre of Cybertron
Plot: the war of Cybertron ended with no side winning and all their sparks transferred into the matrix of leadership and the dark spark
And both end inside Shepard's body during the collector's attack
Basically, every Autobot and Decepticon are in his mind but only a few come out at a time so as not to overload his brain
He'll also build gear based on them, Prime's axe, megatron's canon, etc.

When he's trying to be deceptive, Starscream gives him advice
Medical training, rachet, and knockout
Rage brings out either Grimlock or someone else
