The Cobra Kai students were at an abandoned impound lot for some sort of training. Athena readjusted one of her pigtails as Johnny chugged a coor's banquet, standing on a broken bus.

Johnny sighed as he held the half empty can. "you've trained hard. you've gotten tougher, faster. you've done your best." he complimented the group of teenagers. "you're ready for this tournament, am I right?"

"yes, sensei!" The group yelled. "wrong!" Johnny said as he threw the can towards the group, splattering some of the remaining liquid on them, causing Athena to wipe the beer that landed on her face.

"Your best ain't shit! if you wanna win the all valley under eighteen karate tournament, you gotta give me better than your best." He exclaimed. "which is why from now on, you're gonna get my worst. do you understand?"

"Yes, sensei!" they exclaimed. "are you losers?" he yelled at them. "no, sensei!" they yelled back. "are you nerds?" he yelled once again. "no, sensei!" the group shouted.

"are you sure?" he asked. "no, sensei!" the teenagers shouted, causing Johnny to facepalm in frustration.

the teenagers began the exercise by running in between old and used tires. Athena quickly did the exercise, trailing behind Miguel and Hawk, with Aisha and Apollo behind her.

"Move those feet, go!" Johnny yelled at them. Athena heavily panted as she repeated the course. the teenagers quickly ran until Aisha tripped, causing everyone to fall on top of each other.

Athena groaned as she was stuck in between sweaty teenagers. "get off of me!" she said frustratingly as she pushed a boy off of her legs.

the students moved on to the next exercise, which was demolishing old vehicles with rusted pipes. "your enemies are all around you, go destroy them." Johnny encouraged after passing the weapons to them.

Athena put on her goggles, making her way to an old car and breaking all the windows, battle cries leaving her lips.

the girl turned around at a sound of the commotion, it was Apollo on top of a truck, smashing in the roof. Athena laughed loudly at his action, causing him to chuckle along with her.

after multiple vehicles were demolished by the group, Johnny moved on to the next obstacle, which was on a truck, trying not to fall onto the piles of sharp broken pieces of glass and metal.

"There's nothing to fear except fear it's self." Johnny said as Miguel and Eli walked across the truck in ease. "That, and falling into sharp metal and broken glass. so don't do that!"
