For Kaitessa
It was Saturday night and I was waiting on my boyfriend Eric Bledsoe to get here. Today we were having a lazy day and watching movies because with his schedule we barley get to spend time together. I was finished setting everything up when my phone went off. It was a text from Eric.
Text convo
Eric:I'm here
Me:okay come in the door is unlocked."
End of texting
After 30 seconds Eric came in. "Hey babe." He said hugging me. "Hey. Everything is set up and ready."
In the middle of 21 Jump Street I got up and went to the bathroom. When I came back he looked at me with anger in his eyes. "What?" I said laughing lightly. "What do you mean Kaitessa you're cheating on me!" He screamed getting up. "Now why are you yelling. What are you even talking about?" I was so confused. 2 minutes ago we were happy and laughing and now he's yelling. "Generlad text you. You know Generlad Green my teammate?" He was yelling again. Still confused he handed me my phone with a text on the screen. The text said. Let me know when he leaves. He Doesn't know right? I didn't know how to explain it without ruining the surprise. "Babe I-I can explain." I looked up at him. I've never seen him so angry. "No don't worry about it. I can't believe I wasted a year on you." He got up and started walking towards the door. "No Eric. Please don't." I said crying now. "So does that mean were done?" I said. He stopped in his tracks. "I just don't know if I can be with a cheater." The day before our two year anniversary we possibly could've just broken up. The next day I woke up at 11:00 with a bunch of texts telling me happy two years. I grabbed my phone and called Eric surprised he answered.

Eric:Hello?
Me:Hey um are you busy today? We need to talk.
Eric: yeah I was thinking the same thing. I'll be over in 10. He said and the line cleared. I went to the bathroom and did my hygiene routine and waited for him to get here. I heard a knock at my door. It was Generlad holding a box with holes cut in he side. Happy two years." He smiled. "Is Eric here?" He looked around. "No he's on his way. Yesterday we had a fight because he thinks I'm cheating with you so." He cut me off. "So I should go." He laughed. I sat down the box and prepared my second surprise. As I finished wrapping it there was knocking at my door. I opened it to see Eric. "Hey." I said walking back to the couch. "Wassup?" He asked. "You said you wanted to talk. Let's talk." He broke the awkward science. "Yeah but open this first." I handed him box Generlad had brought over. "This is what Generlad was talking about. I knew how much you wanted a puppy so I bought you one and he was watching it until today." He took the small pit bull puppy out of the box. His face lit up. "Do you believe me now?" He nodded "look Kaitessa I'm sorry. I just don't know how a guy like me was lucky enough to get a girl like you. I'm sorry. I love you." He pulled me into a hug. "I love you too but I have another surprise. " he let me go and I handed him the smaller box. He opened it. His eyes got big. "You're pregnant?!" You nodded laughing lightly at his reaction. "We're gonna have a baby!" He stood up spinning me around. He kissed me passionately . "I hope your not mad I didn't get you anything." He put me down looking down at me. "No two years with you is gift enough." He smiled bending down to kiss me again. I stretched up so our lips met. Our perfect little infinity
