Our new coach

It was Saturday morning when my mom said "Honey wake up you need to get ready for practice!!"she yelled "what's the point we don't even have a coach." I said "Come on just wake up please ." Mom said "okay fine" I said rolling my eyes while getting up. I did my usual morning routine and went down stairs "sweetie,what would you like to eat?" Mom said "ummm anything ig." I said, she made French toast and cut some strawberries up I finished eating and We got in the car and headed to practice
"Bye y/n I wont be able to pick you up I'm sorry I have stay late at work again." mom said "that's fine I'll walk, bye mom love you" I said she drove off I knew that my mom worked hard for the both of us so I didn't mind as I was walk I saw that Connie was there and I skated to her and started talking while the rest of the guys were showing up. "Hey Connie do you think we're gonna get a new coach?"
"Uhh I don't know we should tho we have a game tomorrow"

After a while a black limo came and started driving on the ice and somewhat tall guy came out "I'm Gordon Bombay your new hockey coach."
"No way" somebody said
"Alright show me what you got"
Coach said
"We really suck" averman said
"Hey I'll decides who sucks here"
He told us to practice while he watched us we fell to the ground I heard Averman do his weird talking thing and Connie pushed him to the ground she skated next to Gordon and they talked "well what should we do coach" Charlie said "what did your old coach have you do?"
"Nothing he just yelled a lot that's how he broke his arm" Peter said
"His arm?" Coach said in a confused way Peter explained what happened "okay well you ,you, you,and you against you four"he said
"Hey we got names ya know" Goldberg said
"I bet you do and I might we learn them but for now if you need anything fax me" he went back in the limo while laughing "he's rude.....hey let's jump on the car" averman said we shook the car and we heard him yelling from inside we opened the door went inside the car
"Wow is that a real phone" karp said "yes and I'm really on it" Gordon said "wow I feel like Madonna"Connie said with a smile
"Yeah right"guy said me and Charlie sat on the floor since there were not enough seats
"we want a ride we want a ride we want a ride" the whole team said
the driver started driving slowly and stopped because somebody stopped in front of the car we looked and it was Charlie's mom showed up she told us to get out and yelled at Bombay,"what the hell are you think driving out on the ice with my son in the car?!!"
"It fine I grew up on the ice I know when it's safe to drive on it"
They went back and forth " sorry for ruining the fun" Charlie said everyone forgave him "hey coach are you gonna be at our game tomorrow?" Charlie said "unfortunately I have to be" Gordon said
later practice was over so I walked home

I was walking when I was stopped by three boys from the hawks team "what do you hawks want?" I said rudely "shut up you loser,yk for a girl you really look like a boy" McGill said the other two boys laughed, i saw Adam he lived in my neighborhood just a far houses down
I was about to push McGill when instead they shoved me to the ground I tried to get up but I couldn't cause Larson had his food on my back , I heard a boy talk and felt Larson lifted his foot up I looked and it's some black haired boy, he told them to go away I think they were scared of him cause they left with out saying anything "hey thanks for helping me, what's your name? I said "Fulton reed"he said "well thanks Fulton reed I should get going bye now and thanks again " as i started walking back home again thinking how Adam could hang around them I knew him he wasn't the type of boy to be a bully

It was 5:30 and my mom had came back from work then started making dinner "hey sweetie how was practice?" Mom said
"It was okay I guess we got a new coach he rude he didn't even coached us"
"Hey I'm sure he'll come around"
Her smiles always make me happy it was only me and my mom my dad left I don't really know why but I'm glad my mom didn't , after dinner I went to my room to catch up on homework and took a shower and got ready for bed I turned on my tv for a little bit because I had a game the next day with the hawks I wasn't tired just yet I felt my eyes get heavy I turned off the tv and closed my eyes and laid down but then i started to remember about what had happened earlier today with the three boys ,Mcgrill did hurt my feelings but I couldn't stop thinking about Adam Banks he was never a bad person he just hung around the wrong people,I could tell he was uncomfortable when Mcgrill said those things because he was looking on the ground and pretended to laugh . I always knew that I had liked Adam but I couldn't say anything cause he was the enemy after thinking about it I drifted off to bed
