Grace lay in bed next to Draco after they had finished having sex. He looked to her and smiled

"Are you okay?" He asked as she looked to him and sighed

"I'm good I know how things are and it hasn't been easy. This with us, it's my own way of feeling normal and the sex is great and I am grateful for this. I just don't know where my head is at when it comes to my parents" she said as he looked to her and smiled

He pulled her close and kissed her and smiled

"I know how things are and I know it hasn't been easy but I am so grateful for you in my life and all of this is going to be oaky I know how torn that you feel between bc your parents but you don't need to be. You don't have to d bathing that you don't want to be and after all I am still your best friend and I am here for you" Draco said as she sat up and smiled as she looked to him

"You have no idea how much you mean to me Draco" she said as she saw the look on his face and frowned

"Are you okay?" She asked

"I'm fine. It's just stuff with my father" he said as she turned to face him as she placed a hand on his cheek and smiled as she looked to him

"You know I am here for you and you can talk to me I know what he is like. I know it's not easy" she said as she took a hold of his hand as Draco looked to her and smiled

"What would I do without you" he said as he placed a hand on her cheek as he leant in and kissed her

Grace walked into the great hall as she saw Brielle and smiled

"Hey are you okay mum? I know that dad is having a go at you. He is a tool dint take any notice of him. He has always been the same. His way or no way. I know that you left to protect me and I am grateful for that as I know that you did what was best for me unlike my dad. I am grateful for that" grace said as Brielle looked to her and smiled

"Your my daughter I haven't always been there year I'll admit that but what I did was for the best for you" Brielle said as grace smiled. She knew how Brielle was trying her best to be a good mum to her and she knew it wasn't easy but she knew that Brielle had sacrificed a lot for her and her life and d she knew that she had done all of it to keep her safe

"I know that you have. Look your here and your trying to be my mum and that I am glad over all my father is doing is making it about him and he is trying to be the perfect father when he is far from it. Whatever he says don't take any notice of him" Grace said as Brielle looked to her and smiled

"Do you know how proud I am of you. Your so mature and grown up" she said as she placed a hand on graces cheek as Brielle looked to her and smiled

"I thank narcissa for it. She raised me a lot"

"I can tell go and get breakfast and don't worry over your father. I can handle him" Brielle said as she watched her daughter As she walked off

Severus walked into Brielle classroom and looked to her "I think it's time that you left dint you" he said as she looked to him and raised an eyebrow at him

"Excuse me?" She said

"Grace doesn't need you here. You should leave" he said as she looked to him and glared

"I am not going anywhere Severus. Need is my daughter as much as yours. I gave birth to her and I gave up a lot to keep her safe and you don't get to come in here and throw your weight because you don't like it" she said as she went to walk off as he grabbed her and slammed her against the wall as they glared at each other before he leant in and kissed her

Grace sat in the common room and looked to see Severus as he walked in and frowned "whatever it is I am not in the mood" she said

"I need to talk to you over Brielle"

"You mean my mother? Leave her alone for god sake"

"I am trying to look after you okay. I don't want her in your life because she is evil. I don't trust her. I am trying to protect you" he said

"No you are looking out for yourself. You're no angel dad so don't act like you are. I am not listening to you in all of this. It's too much and if you back off and let me make my own choices of who I want in my life well you won't be in my life anymore" Grace said as she walked off up to her dorm. She knew how she didn't want to hear any more of it when it came to her parents.

Grace found Draco as he stood on the viaduct bridge as he overlooked it

"You're not planning on jumping are you?" She asked as he looked to her and smiled

"Why are you doing to jump with me" he asked as she looked to him and smiled

"Tempting" she said as her fingers brushed against his

"I know it's a lot. We have complicated families but I am here with you and it's all going to be okay" she said as he turned to face her

"I could really fall in love with you grace, if I tried" he said as she pulled him to her and kissed him passionately as he leant her against the side of the bridge as he kissed her back passionately both of them knowing just how things in their life was going to change
