Yaku wakes up to a panicking sound of her new mother.

"Why is my daughter so quiet? Are babies supposed to be this quiet?"

Despite it sounding a bit weird, Yaku truly felt warm when she heard her mother being worried about her, unlike her mother in her past life.

"There's nothing wrong with your daughter, Mrs Tomioka, your daughter is just quieter than most children, that it"

The doctor that help my mother deliver me calmed her down.

"Look at her adorable smile."

That voice belong to a man, my father.

"Let's name her Emi, it means blessed with beauty."

"What a lovely name."

Emi's mother replied to her father with equal enthusiasm. They both smiled lovingly at Emi.

'A wonderful name...'

Emi thought as the meaning of the name just shows how much her parents loved her.

However, her past was not forgotten. It was hard for her to feel and understand emotions unless she was with her friends.

Emi's parents first thought there was something wrong with her as she hasn't shown a single emotion throughout the the 3 years of her life.

Emi indeed got her mother's beauty with her mother's dark blue hair that was close to black and her father's pretty ocean blue eyes. Her eyes was sad and tired looking without a single sparkle in them, but that just adds to her charm. Her porcelain skin was in contrast to her dark blue hair and just makes her more like a Japanese doll. Most of all, she just look like a more prettier version of her past life.

Even at that age, she was called one of the most beautiful girls in the small village the Tomioka family lived in.

With a weak body and get sick and easily injured, she was like a silent Japanese doll. So much so that her parents are getting a bit worried about her wellbeing.

The year she turned 4, many things happened. Her mother was once again pregnant.

The fact that Emi was a sole child in her past life didn't make it better. She didn't know anything about being an older sibling or anything of that sort. However, deep down she knew that having a sibling would be like receiving a loving present from god, that what Miyako and Akira said when she asked in her past life.

Over the nine months of her mother's pregnancy, she was constantly being next to her mother, which obviously surprised both of her parents since she was such a child that likes to be alone. Both of the parents were very glad to see that Emi actually liked her younger sibling.

When the time came, her mother was inside her room with her father, while the four year old was taking a walk outside of the house with the permission of her parents so she doesn't hear the screaming of her mother giving birth.

She walked around the village with her dark blue hair tied in a beautiful low bun with her straight fringe covering her eyebrows and wore a ocean blue yakuta that makes her porcelain skin stand out. She looks like a porcelain doll and many people were staring at her as she walked.

She was oblivious of the attention she was getting as she walked where her feet takes her.

That's when she noticed two children her age who looked exactly like her friends in her past life, Miyako and Akira.

The two children are twins with long silvery blonde hair with crystal clear blue eyes that reminds people of ice. Even though they looked cute and nice, their personalities were indifferent and cold towards people.

Crystal blue met ocean blue as they stared at each other. That's also when Emi decided to speak up.

"H-hi..."

The two sisters just looked at her before their eyes softened in recognition.

"Hi, my name is Miyako and my twin sister is called Akira."

Shocking that these two kids are actually being nice to her, she answered back with a small smile.

"My name is Ya- I mean Emi..."

Miyako and Akira just stared at her and pulled her with them to a empty place with nothing but a few books and chairs.

"Welcome to our secret spot Emi!"

The two enthusiastically spoke.

Emi looked confused at their trusting nature towards her but stayed silent and just smiled at the fact that she made friends.
