She looked at jungkook with her eyes widened and who was sitting next to her, swallowing nervously as Jungkook gave her a confused look.

"You can keep the envelope in the back," he said, and YN obeyed, placing it on the back seat.

Yn watched as the car came to a stop near her apartment building, her gaze fixed on him.
"Have we met before?" She looked at him.

"Perhaps," he answered, studying her.

"What's your real name?" She pressed, prompting a chuckle from him.

"Not now," he deflected, looking straight ahead.

"Jeon Jungkook," she stated, catching his attention.

"From Busan High School," she added, her breath was quickening.

"The one I rejected," she remembered aloud.

"Are you really him?", she asked

"Yes I'm him", he sighed.

"You appear d-different," she replied, tears tracing down her cheeks.

"I transformed myself into the kind of man you always wanted," he asserted, causing her to gnaw on her lip in an effort to control her emotions.

"I am sorry," she murmured before exiting the car abruptly, not allowing Jungkook to say anything further.

As she left, Jungkook gazed after her, understanding her remorse but wishing to convey that he held no grudge and truly cared for her.

Yn entered her apartment and sat down, holding her head in her hands.

"He's Jungkook from my school, there's no way," she thought.

"I thought he looked familiar," she remarked.

"You're so clueless, Yn," she scolded herself.

She couldn't hold back the tears as she recalled everything that had transpired that day.

"He said he transformed himself for my sake?" she thought in dismay as she rose from her seat and reached for her phone to dial Rosé's number.

However, despite her efforts, Rosé was not responding to her calls.

What if he's only manipulating me?"

"Seeking revenge after being rejected by me?"

"Take a moment to relax and calm down" she whispered to herself.

"Your own foolishness is to blame for all of this" she threw her phone on the bed in frustration.

"Obviously, anyone would seek revenge after being rejected in such a harsh manner,"

"You're just overthinking," she sighed and headed into the bathroom.
