Chapter 18: Love and Old Friends

Hello! I've been reading up on lots of different Omegaverse stories. They're one of my favorites because it adds a different dynamic to life. However, I've also been reading up on MHA or My Hero Academia stories also. I used to be really into that anime, but then I stopped. Let me know if anyone out there would like me to write an MHA story! ❤️

Yamaguchi's POV:

It's been a few weeks since everything happened with Mrs. Shimizu. Her lawsuit against us took a lot of time to correct and a lot of court dates, but we did end up winning, mainly thanks to our camera footage that we had kept in the room.

She didn't suffer too many consequences, in my opinion. She obviously lost her job here but she also had to give us 2 million dollars because that's what she was trying to get out of us or at least that's what it said in her statement. This would be a bigger loss for her if she wasn't already a famous millionaire; now she's not famous for a good reason..

Tsukki and I finished all of our little projects and I'm also 5 months pregnant now. Surprisingly, I'm not feeling too many pregnancy symptoms. I almost feel normal, which is weird to think about. He keeps telling me to just not work and rest in the office, which does have comfy couches, but no.

I may be pregnant, but I need to have some responsibilities too. I am a co-owner of the business now, after the Tsukishima's did some paperwork. Anyway, today has been quite an annoying and irritating day because of one major thing..housing.

In this line of work, your main projects are usually just where clients will send you designs that they like for a specific building or house, then we actually make the design with our technology, then send it back. However, sometimes we will have to help our clients get houses and do the designs.

  We even have construction workers to build the houses. That's only for people who give us a lot of money though and are willing to pay for certain services. We've been housing quite a few people today and it's so irritating because everyone is too specific and rude about what they're asking for.

"Yammie" I suddenly heard next to me "oh! Sorry..yes Tsukki?" He handed me the phone from his desk "someone wants to talk to you." That's odd, anyone that I know is someone that he knows. I grab the phone and ask "hello? May I ask who's calling?" I heard the voice of an angel on the other side "hi Yams! It's Hinata!"

"Oh my gosh! I haven't seen you in what feels like forever.." he laughed "I know right? Hey, I'm back in the city, with Kageyama of course, and I wanted you to come meet us. Make it like a double date!" I looked over at Tsukki, who gave me a thumbs up "we would love to! Where are you wanting to meet up?"

After giving us the location, Tsukki tells everyone that him and I will be going out for a break. It wasn't too far away, just about 15 minutes. When we got there, we saw that it was this really fancy restaurant/hotel. I've never been here before, but I'm gonna guess that Tsukki has because he doesn't look too surprised to see this place.

We walk in and Hinata waves at us, telling us to go over to him. We do and then we see Kageyama, this is my first time ever meeting him in person! He's so scary though...kinda like Tsukki when I first met him. He introduced himself "hello. You two know me as Mr. Kageyama, but please, call me Tobio." Him and I introduce ourselves, but Hinata cuts me off halfway.

"Oh my gosh you've gotten so big Yams! How far along are you?" I giggled a little and told him "I'm a little over 5 months pregnant. There's been so much going on that I almost forget sometimes." They told us to sit down and we did, I still don't feel right, being in such a fancy place. I don't belong.
