Chapter 19: Combine

Why hello there! I've been in a writing mood lately! My boyfriend gave me a lot of motivation because I've shown him a bit of what I've written and he thinks I can, somehow, go far with it. It's kinda crazy because my ex boyfriend absolutely hated when I wrote things, so that's why I stopped for so long. Anyway, enough about me! Enjoy! ❤️

Narrator's POV:

Tsukishima and Yamaguchi woke up in their hotel room the next day. They both remembered what happened the night before and shared a quick kiss together. Then, they got dressed and went to go find Hinata and Kageyama.

The couple walked into the lobby and they heard Hinata say "hey guys!" The two walked up to them and Kageyama asked "what exactly happened to you two last night?" Yamaguchi was embarrassed and didn't want to answer, but Tsukishima didn't care.

"I needed some of Yams." Kei said as he smacked his ass "Tsukki! Not here.." Hinata giggled and Kageyama spoke up "you can't say anything Hina. You wanna talk about last night?" He immediately shut up after that, then they all agreed to get breakfast and talk about yesterday's plan.

They sat down and Tsukishima was the first to talk "this idea of our companies combined is quite a good one. However, I'll need to inform my parents of this before I make any big decisions." The others understood and told Tsukishima to talk to them as soon as possible to start the process.

Kei and Tadashi then left after some hugs and goodbyes, for now. They went to their workplace and noticed some police officers/guards outside, "what's with you two?" Tsukki asked and they replied "Mr. Azumane asked for us to be here at the main entrance and check anyone who asks to enter."

This didn't bother the couple because Mr. Azumane or Asahi was the only other person to know what exactly happened with Kiyoko. The two went inside and Tsukishima thought it was good to have a big meeting with everyone, in order to keep them updated on the plans.

Tsukishima told everyone to go to the fourth floor, which is the floor where big meetings happen with all employees. There's no rooms on this floor, besides a few bathrooms, because it's just one big meeting room. Tsukki had no real way of knowing if everyone was there, but he didn't care too much.

"Alright, thank you all for coming to this meeting. Yamaguchi and I would like to inform you all of some big changes that may be happening soon." After he said that there were some negative comments made, mainly because there were already so many changes happening, but that's not his fault.

"I'm not dealing with attitude today. This is how it'll go. Mr. Kageyama is a very wealthy and good man. He's offered to combine our companies together, for multiple different reasons. If this does happen, I will have to let quite a few employees go. Anyone want to complain now?"

Yamaguchi wasn't a big fan of this scare tactic, but it did work. Almost everyone shook their heads and didn't say a word. "Okay. Once again, I said that if this does happen, I will have to terminate some employees and the main company location will be more on the outskirts of the city. Don't worry, it's still very fancy out there."

Lots of people laughed at his joke at the end, but it wasn't real laughs, probably. Tsukishima ended this meeting by saying "if anyone has any comments, questions, or concerns then please come to my office. It will be wide open for anyone to ask me about the situation.

He then told everyone to go back to work and the couple went to the top office. Every few minutes someone would ask if they were gonna be fired, even Yamaguchi was getting irritated. Eventually, Daichi, Asahi, and Suga came into the office.
