Chapter 15

Y/n's pov:

It was float-building day and I was helping around with everybody's floats, I was currently with Blondie near Holly and Poppy's float

"Oh! Who wants pizza? I sampled a slice and it is just right!"

Blondie opened the pizza box and Cerise popped out of nowhere

"Ooh, meat lovers' pizza"

She took one slice before taking the whole box and even growled before walking away

'I thought she was supposed to hide the whole she's part wolf and stuff?'

I just playfully rolled my eyes at her with a smile, the 3 girls I was with didn't think of it and averted their attention to the boys on stage

"Look, our fairytale princes are talking strategy for the big game. Don't you just love it when they act all heroic?"

Holly awed at the guys, we looked at them and they seemed troubled. Not wanting to hear any boy talk, I decided to leave before it started

"I guess? well, I'm going to take my leave. Gonna go help Lizzie and Maddie out, bye girls"

I flashed a smile and waved at them before walking over to the 2 girls I mentioned, they were setting up the tables for Thronecoming

"Hey! Anything I can help with?"

I greeted as I walked towards them, Maddie energetically waved at me with both hands and a bright grin which I reciprocated while listening to Lizzie

"Put this in each table, and make sure it's in the middle"

Lizzie subtly glared at me to show that she was serious, I nodded and started to do what she told me

Third person's pov:

The students are now following Baba Yaga into the forest, she stopped and got down from her chicken house thing

"Now you're about to discover a most unique building here at school, it's called the Heritage Hall!"

They all looked in her direction and saw nothing, Y/n looked at Apple, the latter felt eyes on her and looked back. Apple knowing what was on her sister's mind, shrugged since she also didn't know about the heritage hall. The sister looked back at Baba Yaga

"Madame Yaga? Where is it?" - Cupid

"Well, you see... Heritage hall is a magical structure!" - Baba Yaga

She looked at the clock tower, they followed her gaze. She looked back at the space before and the heritage hall appeared

"It only appears during Thronecoming" - Baba Yaga

Everyone was in awe as they walked inside, Baba Yaga explained about what was in the Heritage Hall and was about to explain more when the headmaster cut her off and let the students go to their parent's items

Maddie went to her dad's item and saw two tea makers (I just made this up, idk what item Mad Hatter is going to give), Lizzie went beside Maddie when she saw her being unexpectedly quiet

"Why are you quiet?"

She looked at the two items and realized why

"It was supposed to be for her"

Lizzie looked somberly at the item, just then a grin appeared beside them and kitty appeared. She looked at what the two were looking at and understood

"I miss her"

"We all do Maddie"

Maddie went back to her usual self and went to see Raven's item while the other two went back to their parent's item
