history of the Ego

The "EGO" class of items is a unique blend of demonic and holy magic, each containing 50% demonic and 50% holy magic. These items are imbued with both blessings and curses, deriving their holy magic from an Angel of Envy and God, and their demonic magic from demons and the god of the underworld, Hades. They are categorized into nine distinct ranks, each with progressively greater power and abilities. To wield an EGO item, one must give their soul to the item and in return, the item's soul bestows its power upon its owner. Each EGO item must also be given a name to fully harness its power.

Each EGO item can enhance the user's abilities by 15% of a normal person's power. For example, if a person has 13 agility and uses an EGO item, their agility will increase by 15%, making their agility 28.

Conditions of Use

To wield an EGO item, one must:
