Earlier in the day, when Akshara got hurt, she couldn't explore the famous market we went to anymore and had to wait for them in the car. When Kairav and Vansh got to know about it, they were very worried, especially Kairav. Everyone decided that they would not leave her alone and agreed to go back to the hotel. She assured them she would be fine waiting in the car, emphasizing that there was no need for everyone to miss out just because she couldn't walk.
Kairav straight out refused her request, "Nahi Akshu hum vapas hotel jaa rahe hain." (No, Akshu, we are going back to the hotel.)
"Bhaiyaa Please aap log apna din spoil mat kijiye," she again requested. (Bhaiyaa, please don't spoil your day.)
"Akshu tu-" Kairav was cut off by Abhimanyu, who was trying to calm the siblings and offered a middle way. (Akshu you-)
"Sorry to interrupt Kairav, but I will stay with her."
Everybody looked at him weirdly; on the other hand, Shefali and Neil were trying to control their smiles.
Sensing the lingering question in the air, he explained his statement further.
"Actually, I just got some reports of a patient who just had an operation. I need to examine those, so I won't be able to explore anyway, which is why I offered to stay behind."
"Bhaiya mujhe bohot neend aa rahi hain, please aap log ghum lijiye if you cancel mujhe bohot bura lagega," Akshu pouted. (Bhaiya, I'm feeling very sleepy. Please explore. If you cancel, I will feel very bad.)
Kairav bended in front of her seated self and cupped her face, asking softly, "Tu sach mein theek haina tujhe zyada dard to nahi ho raha." (You are really okay, right? Are you feeling too much pain?)
"Nahi bhaiya, I'm okay; now go thodi der mein shyam ho jayegi." (No, Bhaiya, I am okay. Now go; it will be evening soon.)
Kairav just stared at her and nodded reluctantly. She was lying about being okay; from their childhood, it was clear to him that she was bad at lying.
Kairav thought to placate her; if he denied her, he knew she would drown in her guilt for 'not letting others have fun.' according to her.
He turned to Abhimanyu and requested, "Please take care of her while we are away."
As they entered the market, Vansh held Kairav by the shoulder and asked, "Why did you agree with that, Buddhu Kairav? Let's go back. Mera Mann nahi maan raha hum sab yaha or voh vaha akeli." (Why did you agree with that, Buddhu Kairav? Let's go back. My heart is not in it; we are all here, and there she is alone.)
"Mann toh mera bhi nahi maan raha bhaiya, but right now she is just suffering physically, but if we stayed back and returned to the hotel, she would be suffering mentally because of her guilt for a long time, and you know Aarohi won't let her forget it." When Vansh stayed silent, he continued.
"We will walk around here for a little while and then return."
