"No!! You bastards!!" Jenna shouted as tears flooded her eyes. The gunman turned to face her and Y/N who ran to the other side of Doc's van for cover. Y/N heard the gunman shout to the driver in Arabic as he and Jenna ran around to the other side of the van. They then drove to the other side of the van, facing the kids.

Jenna held Y/N's hand as they closed their eyes, expecting death. But their eyes opened when they heard the gun click and the shooter swear in Arabic. The gun was jammed. Taking their chance, Y/N and Jenna ran for the DeLorean.

"Go!" the gunman shouted to the driver as the kids dove into the car's open door. Jenna sat up in the passenger seat. The van began to stall as Y/N reached up to close the door. He stopped, however, as he looked at Doc's lifeless body. However, he was snapped out of his trance when the Volkswagen began to drive towards them.

Closing the door, Y/N started the DeLorean and began to drive. The van and car drove up side-by-side before Y/N pulled ahead, dodging gunfire from the no longer jammed machine gun. Y/N shifted gears to go faster, unaware he turned on the time circuits.

"Punch it!" Jenna said as Y/N continued to drive, watching the Libyans from his rearview mirror. The DeLorean snaked through the parking lot with the Volkswagen following. Y/N continued to accelerate, inching towards 88 slowly.

"Come on!" Y/N shouted at the time machine. "Move! Damn it!" The DeLorean hit 85. "Jeez!"

"Hard right!" Jenna said, which Y/N followed. The car slowed down with the turn as they drove in circles. Finally, Y/N pulled it into a straight shot as the gunman reached for another weapon.

"Holy shit!" Jenna cursed. "These guys have a rocket launcher?" Y/N then had an idea.

"Jenna, strap in," he said as he buckled his own seatbelt. "Let's see if these sons of bitches can do 90."

He then shifted gears and the DeLorean pulled forward, rapidly increasing. However, Y/N and Jenna were both unaware of the time circuits setting as the boy continued to put the pedal to the metal.

    "NOV 05, 1955."

As soon as the DeLorean hit 88, the flux capacitor gave off a bright glow as blue electricity arced to the front of the DeLorean.

When the electricity died, Y/N and Jenna found themselves driving through a field. The DeLorean ran into a scarecrow, causing its stitched smile to look at them as it leaned against the windshield.

The two teenagers screamed as they saw the scarecrow before it flew off. They screamed again, however, when the car crashed into a barn. They hit a bump, causing their radiation masks to fly over their faces.

The lights to the farmhouse turned on as Otis Peabody, his wife, daughter, and son Sherman all came out. Cautiously, they opened the doors to the barn and saw the DeLorean, its headlights illuminating the dark barn with one of the blinkers going off.

"What is it?" Mrs. Peabody asked. "What is it, Pa?"

"Looks like an airplane... without wings," Otis answered his wife. Sherman, who held a comic book, had other ideas.

"That ain't no airplane,"  Sherman said as he handed his father the comic. "Look." Otis inspected the magazine's cover. It showed a strange flying device from Pluto with its pilot, a space zombie wearing a yellow suit, coming out and using his mind beam to control the women of Earth.
