I Won't Leave You ALONE (Death Note-L X Reader)

Prologue

As you run away from the carnival, your thoughts are scattered all over the place. That man just.. DIED! Kira killed an innocent man. Why here? Why him? I was so close to getting killed. What if L is hurt? You finally make it out of the carnival as swarms of people are fleeing. You run down the street, take a left to an alley way that would lead to your apartment. That's when you realize it. Kira thought the man was L. You collapse onto the wet pavement and catch your breath. 

You start sobbing. Your emotions out of control. You keep thinking how horrible Kira is and how much you and L need to stop him. You stand up and start running again. I need to get to the apartment, I need to tell L. When you reach the apartment complex, a memory flashes through your head. 

"L, what if I get abandoned again?" You sob as L leads you away from Wammy's. He stops and hugs you lightly. "Y/n I am your best friend, and I promise you from this day froward, that I will never leave you alone. I promise. I won't leave you ALONE.."  

You have to find Kira. You have to protect L. But what is the feeling you have inside your heart..?
