I Won't Leave You ALONE (Death Note-L X Reader)

Contacting L -Pt Two-

You open your apartment door and shut it lightly. You start putting the groceries away and sit on the couch, grabbing your laptop.

Slowly, the laptop reboots and turns on, leaving you to contact your long forgotten friend- Lawliet. You pull up a tab and take out your microphone. You click the voice scrambler. Five minutes later, the signature L pops up on the bright white screen.

(L's POV)

Sucking on the bright pink strawberry flavored lollipop, your mind wanders off about the sudden acts of the world wide killer, Kira.

Is it possible that he sees himself as a God like figure, how is he killing all these people?.. 

You here a faint beep coming from the desktop behind you. Swinging around, you see the white screen and L.

"Hello L. It is A." A multi-toned voice says through the computer.

A..Its y/n..? What on earth..I haven't seen her in so long..Why is she calling me now???  You think to yourself.

Dropping the lollipop, you run over to the desktop.

"Yes, this is L," You say into the microphone, your voice being scrambled as well. 

"Hello, long time no talk or see, L. This is A, there is a case that the Japan Task Force needs you on. The case is about something I bet you already know. Kira."

Kira..Yes..

"I understand A. Thank you for contacting me." You say into the microphone.

The line grows silent for a little while, leading you to think about the past.

I want to talk more..I want to see y/n's face, dammit why didn't I contact her earlier? Oh yeah..I was scared she would get hurt..I want to ask her how she is, but that would be unprofessional, this is strictly business..

A chuckle arose from the computer, "Just like old times L, your old friend won't leave you out of anything. Nice talking, L." And with that, the screen goes black.

"DAMMIT!" You shout.

(YOUR POV)

You sigh, your heart feels like its cut in two. You miss L. You think about why he hasn't contacted you..It's been..Four years.. Does he hate you?

You shut the laptop, trying to forget about the raven haired boy.

I just wish he talked to me..
