They both got startled at the sound of sudden noise

Chan immediately pulled Minho closer to protect him from any upcoming danger

"Did you locked the door?" He asked sternly

"I did.." Minho whispered back to which Chan nodded his head before walking out of the kitchen

They both slowly and quietly headed towards that room

"Stay behind me" Chan instructed which Minho quickly obeyed by standing behind him as the Alpha slowly opened the door

As the door swung opened, they both saw that earlier unconscious boy trying to break those iron bars of window to run away

Minho saw how that boy was trembling in fear as he tried to break free

He must be thinking it's a dangerous and an unknown place...

Minho felt pity on that boy who looked so scared so, he gently pushed Chan aside and entered the room

Chan wanted to protest but before that Minho caught the boy's attention by saying

"Easy there little one..." He said softly not wanting to scare the already terrified boy

That boy slowly turned around to see Minho, his eyes widened in shock that he had been caught breaking out

On seeing the fear in that boy's eyes Minho gently said "Don't be scared..little one I am here to help you"

He said while releasing his calming and sweet pheromones which that boy easily recognized as it was the same scent present in the nest

That boy's heart rate returned to normal as he sat down in the corner before asking "w-who are you..?"

Minho gently smiled before taking small steps towards him, his scent helping the boy to calm down

He then crouched down in front of him before holding his hand out for handshake as he replied "hi...I am minho"

That boy looked at the palm before gazing at Minho who didn't seemed evil in his eyes

He gulped before reaching out for the older omega's hand while whispering "ch-changbin..."

"Changbin? Your name's Changbin?" Minho asked softly while caressing the boy's fingers on his palm

Changbin slowly nodded feeling a bit relaxed as the older omega massaged his knuckles
