Your body froze in complete shock. Hearing your name called behind the door was something you didn't expect. You would've thought it was Flowey but .. the stranger had a familiar deep voice. That same voice you wished you wouldn't hear for the rest of your life.

"Y/N .. Can ya, open the door fer' me?" Sans said behind the door. Your own face twisted in confusion.

Why was he here? What was he planning to do to you? Would he hurt you again?

All these thoughts kept appearing and disappearing after one another until the skeleton spoke once more with another plea. Figuring he could just use his magic to get in, but yet he might get angry with you for resorting to that.

You brace yourself before twisting the doorknob. The little light coming from the bedroom window illuminating the two of you. As his tall and wide body stood in front of you, it caused you bad memories from your last meeting.

But, something was different.

Different meaning, his always clean suit now only being a half buttoned dress shirt with seemed to be cigar stains and some sort of liquid. Your nose crinkled at the smell of it.

He slowly made his way towards you causing you to step back as far as you could. Your back legs hitting the end of the bed. This was bad as you awaited for him to do something ...

..

...

But .. nothing happened. Not a word spoken nor action made. The only thing you could see was his red eyes staring at you with a dim color.

"I.. I'm sorry. *Hiccup*  I promise im not all bad .. Fuck. I don't deserve fer' you ta be my so— " And then he stopped. His eyes vanishing.

".. I don't, understand .." You mumbled. This all dropping onto you so suddenly. You tried to move out the way, but a large force stopped you from moving. Yet this time, it didn't hurt.

You fell backwards onto the bed as the large skeleton was on top of you. His eye lights flashing back into his eyes. A ringing sound could be heard from somewhere. But you couldn't figure out exactly where it came from.

Your heart stopped completely as large arms wrapped around you. His embrace so warm it felt like your own body would overheat.

The smell of alcohol filled your nose as you finally put the clues together. He was drunk, a mess even, and he came here to .. apologize to you.

Did he really feel guilty?

This was definitely the wrong way to apologize, but, for some odd reason, it's like you believed him.

Your own heart now pounding within your chest, yet not in anyway you felt before. It was weird to you.

You tried to nudge him off of you but he wouldn't budge. His big frame too heavy for you. As well as you notice him fast asleep. You couldn't help but look at his closed eyes and listen to his low snoring. Your face blushed causing you to quickly look away.

You guessed you were simply stuck here for the night ...

Building lights came from your window to shine onto your face. Slowly opening your eyes to the brightness, you had guessed it was morning. Yet you didn't feel like waking up so early. So an easy fix was to turn around —

..

...

WHAT WAS HE DOING HERE?!

You scream as you fall out the bed. Considering you saw Sans right besides you .. sleeping. Your mind now recalling the events last night portrayed. Your face heated up from sheer embarrassment as now you were on the floor ..

The snoring stopped as a chubby skeletal face peered over the side of the bed to stare around you blankly.

"uh .. mornin'?" He nervously smiled. Your mouth practically dropping at the sight.

"Why are you still here?! Get out!!" You yelled. Standing up to point towards the door causing Sans to roll out of bed and come over to your side.

"Hey, hey. Look, im sorry. I didn't mean ta show up here. I really didn't. Some shit happened last night and I tried to go home but my so—" He stopped. Looking away from you. "Look .. I was drunk. So whateva' I said .. forget about it." He mumbled. Causing you to frown.

"You have some real nerve to come into my place in the middle of the night, and start to harass me!" You state. Causing his nonexistent eyebrow to raise.

"Harass you?" He questioned. Your cheeks reddening at the memory.

"Start hugging me!" Your eyebrows furrowed. As Sans mouth formed into a smirk.

"Oh yeah? It feel nice fer' yous' sweetheart?" He teased. Causing your eye to twitch.

"You're the one that was sentimental yesterday night. What the hell even happened?" You didn't know why you asked. But you wanted an explanation.

Sans went silent at the question. Plus, finding out his softer side came out to you got him all sorts of angry. But not towards you this time.

"None of yer' business. Personal stuff, ight? So hear me out .." He began to say as he got closer to you. Your fearful face made him stop. His smile faltering.

"Look .. Can I make everything up to ya? Like a fresh start. Take yous out to eat. Would you let me?" He said as he lowered his tone. His eyes looking sincere.

You look at his eyes for a moment to see if he was deceiving you, even just a little bit. But you gave up. You figured a better relationship with him would do you good. Strictly friends ..

"Fine." You blankly say. Causing his smile to widen so large his gold tooth almost popped out.

"How bout' later tonight? I'll pick you up sweetheart don't you worry. Wear something pretty for me too will ya?" He grinned. You rolled your eyes at his words. But when you looked back at him he was closer to you. His hand gripping your chin to make you look at his full height.

"I show yous a good time. I promise." Your eyes looked up at him in silence. Almost in a doughy fashion.

He strangely looked down at you with more of a serious face. Yet his cheekbones more red. He turned as the familiar noise came back.

And just like that .. he was gone. You really hated that magical power of his.

Yet before you could even take a step in, something in the corner of your eye caught your attention.
