The operation continued for few hours, while Boun went away for some time and returned before the Doctor came out. Nobody asked him about his sudden disappearance because they understood that the trueblood must be feeling terrible after seeing his mate in such state, his cold eyes clearly showed how much pain he was hiding behind those orbs.

Both Fluke and Boun stood up and ran towards the doctor as he came out and bombarded him with questions "Is my mate okay?" "Prem is out of danger, right? " "Tell me something doctor, why are you not speaking" their voice hoarse and eyes red. Ohm came and told them to calm down while eyed the doctor to start speaking "He is out of danger. But we still need to keep him under our observation for few days, you can do the discharge formality later." While leaving he called Boun in his cabin.

After taking a seat, he asked "You wanted to inform me something doctor" but his eyes widened upon hearing the doctor's words "Your mate is not an ordinary omega, he is a true blood Omega, which is very rare that's why not everyone knows about them. They aren't weak and their wolf has the power to remain unaffected under an alpha's command. They can only submit to their destined trueblood alpha" Boun was trying to digest the whole situation, this new information made him question that why didn't his mate share such a big thing. But his misunderstanding got cleared the doctor's following words "I can say that he doesn't know about his identity or else he would have used his power earlier to cure his pain. Today when he was at the verge of death, his wolf took over and started healing, that's when we realised about his identity. I hope you take good care of him. " "Thank you so much doctor. I hope this whole talk will remain within us." and gave a relieved smile upon hearing the other's words "Don't worry it won't go out."

Boun was a mess, he was beyond happy about hearing that his baby was his destined mate that Moon Goddess has selected for him. But the fear just couldn't shake off his heart 'what if it wasn't the case, I would have lost my love' the anger for his so called family has increased ten folds now. Whatever planning he was doing, now he won't wait anymore. He just need to make sure that as soon as his mate will be fine, he would break them mercilessly. Right now he doesn't care about anyone, be it Ohm. He is only his mate's alpha, his baby's love and he will show them what can this Trueblood can do when they hurt his peace his love.

Fluke asked him about the doctor, which he waved off not knowing what to say, as it was Prem's right to share with them. So, he'll talk to his omega about his identity, and it would be the younger's decision about sharing with others. No question further were asked. The three of them were there feeling hopeless seeing their close one in the state. Boun cleared his throat, after gaining the attention,he spoke "I wanted to talk about something" getting a nod from the couple he continued "I have decided to move in with Prem, in this way he won't be alone anymore and I'll be able to take care of him"

Fluke was happy, relieved because in the back of the mind he too was thinking about the same thing. He also understood that now the trueblood would be more possessive and protective of his friend. But his smile turned into a frown while hearing his mates words. "But why, we can keep a nurse for Prem.And parents won't allow you to move out Boun". Fluke couldn't control himself anymore "I don't give a flying f**k about your parents when my friend is lying in the hospital bed. Boun if you can't prioritize your mate's safety above everything then you better stay away from him" He angrily spat while glaring at his mate.
