Downers P.O.V

I swear she was all that was running through my mind that night. That girl was extremely gorgeous , she was tanned color skin, her hair was pretty long , but still an average length , although she was taller than the girls i usually date she was 5'6 but I didn't mind , but the best part about her was her sexy curves and her big ass. She was those type of girls that had average boobs a medium waist and a big ass. I mean of course she was hot , but her pain inside her eyes and her shell infront to cover that up was what attracted me towards her . I was determined to gain her trust and break that shell form her ; no girl should ever put up a hard attitude for her pain.

*Julissa's P.O.V*

I got home and I saw my mom crying on the counter , it broke my heart to see how much pain I've caused her.I didn't want her to see my pain so I quickly said hi, and walked upstairs to my room to find some letters that my stepdad had sent from prison. "Hey you should really reply to my letters I feel like you're avoiding me , I don't blame you for calling the police you were worried but you should've thought about it twice before calling " I got up and didn't even bother to finish reading , I threw away the letters.They have never actually blamed it on me but they always say something to make me feel guilty. I got up and brought a towel and my pajamas with me to the bathroom , I took a long shower letting my sorrow go down the drain . I got out and put on my red checkers bottoms and white tank top . I sat down infront of my laptop to look for low income lawyers that could help us out , I'm sure not going to answer my stepdads letters but I will try to help him out as much as I can without letting him know, because after all this was my fault . I was writing the 5th lawyers phone number down on my notepad when I heard my phone ring , i ignored it but it kept ringing so I answered . It said unknown caller "If it some childish person making a prank i will track that madafucker down and strangle him to death myself , I thought . "What?" i answered in an annoyed tone. "Woah there gangster princess , don't shoot me " I instantly caught myself smiling like a fool , this Kid really had such an effect on me "Haa, sorry i'm really annoyed " "Come kick it with me tomorrow , i'll pick you up after school " Said Downer , "Alright ill see you at 3:31 outside of my school " I answered really excited "Alright I'll be there , be safe" with that I hanged up and texted him my school address . I slid under my covers not bothering to eat dinner and I looked up at the dark sky through my window , "Dear father i know you're the only one who isn't blaming me please give me strength and patience to go on with life , also please keep my stepdad safe in that horrible place " I turned around and turned on the T.V to watch some show named 'awkward' , after an hour or so I feel into deep sleep forgetting to turn off the T.V . I woke up and stretched annoyed that I had school today but really excited that I would be seeing Downer afterwards . I hoped in the shower for about thirty minutes and slipped on a red lace bra with red lace panties as well , I put on a black tank top , with some khaki shorts to half my thighs , as well with my breds (Jordans) . I put moose onto my hair and begun scrunching it to make it really curly and shiny afterwards I put on my sunglasses and began walking to school. It was the last week of May and it was really hot so I decided to stop at 711 for a slurpee with made me 30 minutes late 'surprise , surprise '. My teachers were used to it, I always got to class late and if they sent me to get a tardie slip I usually never got back , but I was the only one who got away with that kind of things because both students and staff knew that my brother and dad are capable of anything . I mean I was a badass and what so ever but my grades were straight A's (without bribes towards my teachers ) . I wanted to graduate and go onto College because I wanted a better life, a better future . As the day was almost to its end i texted my brother ,

''Im taking the extra shift tonight at work , i'll be out at 11" -Julissa

"Aight , be safe " -Jose

I felt bad lying to him but that was my only excuse .

It hit 3:15 fifteen minutes until school was over and I got to see Downer , I was frustrated because the stupid clock wasn't moving so I walked out . I was walking out when some hands came around my waist and gripped me closer to them , I managed to escape the tight grip and turned around to punch the person , but they dogged it . I looked down to see Downer laughing "I'm sorry , " I apologized "It's good , atleast you keep your guard up" he smiled . We walked towards his black mustang with his arm around my shoulder , It was awkward but I relaxed my head into his shoulder knowing he had no bad intentions . "By the way you look really hot today and we're matching " he pointed out . I smiled to see him wearing khaki dickies a black t-shirt and some black cortez with red laces. We reached his car and two really handsome guys jumped out causing me to kick them in the knees . "Shit girl , your looks are deceiving " said one of the guys . "They're my friends " said Downer , trying not to laugh . "My Bad" I felt blood running through my cheeks . "Nice to meet you , i'm Michael " said one of the guys he was the tallest one about 6'2 he looked like 17 years old , he was wearing a red shirt , black baggie jeans and black chucks . "And I'm Joseph but they call me Jay " He was about 5'11 about 18 years old he was wearing khaki cargos , a white t-shirt and the same Jordans as I was . I shook both their hands and we got in the car . Jay got in the front seat with Downer and me and Michael were in the back . "Well this is going to be interesting" I thought .
