AVERY POV

at around 12, i finally decidedto get up. I try to get up. But Malachi grabs me. "Mal we need to get uppp" I say. malachi responds with"5 more minutes" to which I say a simple no. he lets go and decides to get up. as we make our way to the living room we can hear ry and my talking in the living room. we can't hear what it's about, but we walk out and decided to sit with them at the kitchen island. Riley and mk give us breakfast and we all eat together while talking about events from the party. we talk about how drunk I got and how Riley ended up on the floor this morning. surprisingly the topic of me and Malachi cuddling wasn't brought up. as we are sitting eating MK asks me about my family the one topic I was scared to share. I felt my heart drop when he asked. But I knew to be honest. I explained how I was taken away because of my neglectful parents. Just for my aunt and Uncle to act the same. Now thinking about it I really have no family. The only one I have who isn't even family is Riley. She's more family than anyone has ever treated me. all of a sudden I'm crying. tear after tear. Malachi's first to comfort me. then Riley and MK and before you know we are all in a group hug then trying to make sure I'm okay. In this moment finally realized I have people who are there for me now and these are the only people I need. after the group hug we are all making jokes on the couch. at around two we decided we wanted to do something. After a little bit of deciding to decide to go to the beach, that should be fun. The boys decided to quickly go back to their own houses while me and rye get dressed and pack for the beach. after the boys left, I decided to put on my swimsuit and an outfit over it. and Riley did the same.
