6. Yearn for a kiss

Heeseung took Sunoo to his palace. Then he made his way towards the tea pavilion that was present in his palace grounds. But Sunoo was feeling uncomfortable there as he felt the servants staring at him. Heeseung noticed Sunoo's uneasiness and asked "Is everything alright?" Sunoo looked at him and said "t-too many people" and then looked down fiddling with his sleeve. Heeseung then remembered that there were no servants in Jay's palace either and realised that Sunoo was uncomfortable with having too many people around him.

Then he looked around and noticed that the servants working around them were so busy staring at Sunoo that they didn't even notice that Heeseung was looking at them. Heeseung called the guard that was standing outside the pavilion and ordered him to get all the servants out of his palace and get them posted somewhere else till Sunoo was there .Once the palace got empty Sunoo felt a bit eased. Just then his eyes went to Heeseung's hand, it was bandaged. Sunoo felt bad as he rememberd that he got hurt while saving him from the sword last night.

He took Heeseung's hand and looked at the bandage. He slowly stroked it. Heeseung let him do whatever he wanted, he just looked at the younger and smiled. "Am sorry" suddenly Sunoo said, a tear threatening to escape his eyes, "You got hurt while saving me...am so sorry"and then a tear escaped his eyes. Heeseung panicked not knowing what to do to make the younger feel better. He slowly stroked the younger's head and said "It's fine...we get hurt like this all the time when we are practicing... you don't have to feel sad okay?" Sunoo nodded while looking down.

"Let's go inside my palace"said Heeseung and Sunoo nodded. He picked Sunoo up and took him inside. He then put Sunoo down in his bed, then he sat next to him. "How old are you Sunoo?" asked Heeseung and Sunoo replied "I turned 22 last month" Heeseung nodded and said "you do look very young... am 30 if you wondered" Sunoo widened his eyes and said "you look so young your highness " Heeseung laughed at how cutely the younger said that "Do I?" said Heeseung while stroking Sunoo's head. The younger nodded cutely.

Heeseung then looked at Sunoo's clothes and said "Are these clothes of the second prince's?" "Yes" replied Sunoo "They look so big on you " Sunoo smiled and that smile played its charm again. Heeseung felt his heart beat getting faster. "You have a beautiful smile" said Heeseung. The younger blushed a bit and said "T-thank you." Heeseung stroked Sunoo's cheek unknowingly as he saw the younger's cheek turing bit red. Sunoo blushed more and Heeseung realised his actions. He pulled his hands down but didn't say anything.

"Do you have anything that you usually like doing?" asked Heeseung...Sunoo thought for a while and said "I like painting and reading stories." " Do you want to read something now?I have many books."said Heeseung ,Sunoo got a bit excited and nodded. Heeseung picked Sunoo up and took him to his study area. He put him down on the cushion and brought a few books for him and sat down beside him.

There was a peaceful silence between the two, both were sitting beside each other. Arms brushed occasionally even though there was a lot of room to sit separately, but there was warmth sitting beside each other that they enjoyed. After a while Heeseung felt Sunoo's head on his shoulder. He looked down and noticed the younger sleeping on his shoulder peacefully.

Heeseung smiled and stroked the younger's cheek. He looked at his lips and was drawn towards it. His mind went blank as he was closing the gap between the two. Just before their lips touched he stopped. He realised what he was doing and pulled back. He gulped and took the book out of Sunoo's hand and closed it. He kept his hand on Sunoo's cheek and stood up so that the younger doesn't fall. Then he picked him up and took him to his bedroom.

He placed the younger down on his bed and tugged him under the blanket. He sat beside him and gave a light forehead kiss to the younger. He rested his head on the head board and only one thought came to his mind "I like him." Then he closed his eyes with his hand placed on the younger's head. Slowly he drifted to sleep as well.
