But here's the thing: they are just thoughts, planted in your mind by those who hurt you so deeply. You're a fighter, and I know you're tired. Your soul aches for release, yet you're still here. People like us are exhausted, worn out, and tormented by our thoughts. We want it to stop—not to die, really, but to find the peace and comfort we've never truly had. We are like caterpillars yearning to transform, but trauma has taken everything, even our sense of self. The feeling of knowing you might die by your own hands doesn’t disappear, but we fight. Every day, every minute.
And we have the right to be tired, because fighting is all we do.
