Serria's POV
I woke up this morning and saw that the sky was very dark, oh well. I got up and took a shower. I got dressed and walked down to the kitchen. When I got there I saw an owl land on my window seal in the kitchen. I walk up to the owl, and realize its a ministry issued owl. I suddenly got scared. What if it was my dad trying to get toward me or mum trying to get me to come home. I reached for the letter and gave the owl a treat. The owl flew away and I looked at the letter. It had a ministry seal on it. I opened the letter and read.
Dear Miss. Serria Malfoy,
The attacks from the death eaters are getting worse than before. The ministry has came up with a law. Any wizard or witch who is still single and who had graduated from Hogwarts has to get married to the person, whose name is further on down in this letter. We know after the war population will go down that is why we are doing this now and not for kids who are in there 7th year at hogwarts.
