The telephone ring broke the silence apart from tender heart in a dark house.
Confused for this late night call from her grand daughter turned daughter-in-law, Ajji answered the call.
"Hello Bangari"
"Ajjjjjiiiiiiiii..."
"Ammu... Ammu, what happened, dear? ..."
Still, only sobs could be heard along with flowing breezes.
"Ammu... Alabeda putta... Helu... Namma bangari alva ninu. Alabeda... alabeda"

Ajji's worry was increasing in heaps and bounds, listening to her angel wailing.

As cries stopped and only sobs could be heard, Ajji smoothened her voice
