Boom and Fin went together to find Sofia

Fin: Boom how are you able to enjoy humans

Boom: well I mean when I was little I was afraid of humans especially after Dario told me what happened to his parents

Fin: what changed

Boom: one day I was out swimming when I was caught by a net

13 years ago

Boom: let me go 😨

Lady: not a chance merboy with you I can prove the existence of your kind

Then she threw Boom by the ocean water to make it look like she found one on accident

Boom: please I just want to go home 😭

Lady: no I can only imagine how much money I make with you

And after she left Boom spent the next hour crying until he say a human boy who was three years older than him with magenta hair and purple eyes

Boy: whoa a merboy 😮

Boom: 😨 another human

Boy: what happened to you

Boom: I was caught by this net and now the existence of my kind is in jeopardy 😭

Boy: let me help you

Boom: how 🥺

Then he went to his house (it's pretty close to the beach) and grabbed a pocket knife from his brother's room

Boy: here

Boom: 😱

Boy: don't worry

And he cut the net making sure to not accidentally cut Boom's tail

Boom: thanks

Boy: you're welcome

Boom: you're nicest human I ever met

Boy: I'm Floyd

Boom: well I'm

Renee: Boom

And Boom swam back to his mom

Boom: and I became interested in humans ever since

Fin: I didn't realize that humans are capable of kindness

Then they see a human boy around their age with blue hair and light blue eyes

Boy: oh hey guys

Fin: *thinking* oh no a human 😨

Boom: hi

Boy: you guys new here

Boom: yes I'm Boom and this is my friend Fin

Boy: well my name is Branch

Floyd: hey Branch

Branch: oh hey Floyd

Boom: 😧 *thinking* Floyd he looks so different yet the same

Branch: oh Floyd this is Fin and

Floyd: Boom is that you 😧 *thinking* he's grown so much and how does he have legs

Branch: you know him

Floyd: we met a long time ago

Branch: cool I wanna hear the story

And later they saw the rest of their friends and wondered how Moss's luck is going
