Boom gotten really close with Branch and his friends and Hype told him some things about human babies and explains his situation 

Boom: *examining a baby toy* 

Stone: *thinking* why does he look like he's never seen my toy before 

And Stone rolls over to Boom

Boom: wait weren't you on that play mat thing a while back 

Hype: hey what's going on 

Stone: 😄 *thinking* dada look what I can do now *rolls over* 😄

Hype: oh my goodness you're rolling over 🥹

Boom: is that normal for human babies 

Hype: yes but not a lot do it at Stone's age 

 Stone: 😄 *thinking* can I do that tail thing like strange guy dada 

Then Hype's parents Ripple and Kiki show up

Ripple: aww look it's out favorite grandson 

Stone: 😄 *thinking* grandma grandpa meet daddy's new friend he can make a fish tail appear 

Hype: dad it's because he's your only grandson 

Kiki: well this weekend Pearl has her art show and do you plan on coming 

Hype: of course she's my little sister 

Ripple: and what about Stone

Hype: well I think it's time for Emerald to bond with her 

Stone: 😨 *thinking* no dada don't send me to that woman 

Boom: how does Stone not like his own mother 

Stone: *thinking* I rather be with grandma than with her

Kiki: well she's not really the best mom

Hype: mom she just needs to bond with Stone 

Later Hype dropped Stone off with Emerald 

Meanwhile 

Boom: so Trunk you have been coming here

Trunk: yes they have so many good books and once I'm done reading all of them it will be like I was born and raised on land 

Boom: ok 

Then Trunk saw a girl who was reading a book that intrigued him as she was writing some notes besides it 

Trunk: hey what are you doing 

Holly: oh I'm just writing some notes 

Trunk: why 

Holly: oh it's for my classes 

Trunk: cool 

Holly: so your a active reader 

Trunk: yes I'm Trunk by the way I just moved here from a small town *thinking* that's convincing right since she can't know that I'm a merman 

Holly: I'm Holly and my family just moved here 

The two instantly became friends meanwhile by the time Pearl's art show was over Hype went to pick up Stone from Emerald 

Hype: hey Emerald where's 

Stone: 😭

Emerald: why can't you just shut up 😡 

Stone: 😭

Emerald: why can't you be good for me like you are with everyone else 😡 you know what *gets ready to hit Stone*

Hype: *grabs Stone* what are you doing 😡

Stone: 😭 *thinking* dada please take me home 

Emerald: I was teaching our brat a lesson 😡

Hype: how can you say that he's our son 😡

Emerald: I never wanted him 

Hype: you know what I'm done with trying to make this relationship work don't come near me or my son again 😡

The next day 

Hype: hey Boom thanks for agreeing to come with me to the library 

Boom: no problem and I'm sorry about you and Emerald 

Hype: it's alright besides the only good thing to come from this relationship was that I have little Stone 

Boom: where is he actually 

Hype: he's with my family 

Then as they looked for some good books to read Hype bumps into Holly

Hype: I'm so sorry 

Holly: no you're ok 

Hype: I don't think I've seen you before 

Holly: oh I just moved here I'm Holly

Hype: *blushing* that's a pretty name *thinking* why did I say that 

Holly: thank you 😊

Boom: *thinking* oh looks like Stone will have a new mother soon 

Trunk: *thinking* she definitely likes him 

And the four decided to do some reading together
