(Photo on the side is a drawing by my good friend, Haley. She was also the one to co-write chapter 16 with me, and is now starting her own book! Anyways, the drawing is of the dress Amber is wearing during the interviews. Oh and I'm sorry it's in two parts, it's just gotten too long for one chapter so I had to split it up.)

~Ambers POV~
"Hurry up Amber! We need to get ready for the interviews!" Mitch practically shouted in my ears.

I scowled. "You know, Mitch, I don't think you making me deaf is going to help me survive in the Hunger Games, and as for the interviews, I'm well aware of that."

Mitch just rolled his eyes. "Well then, let's go! Cinna's probably already waiting for you!"

I groaned as I heaved myself up from the comfort of the bed. Mitch literally had to drag me down to where our stylists are. I swear, if it wasn't for living up to my title of a slayer, every single tribute here would probably think of me as the most easiest tribute to kill. I mean, I have to admit, I am really lazy, and I mean it.

"Now, byeeeeeeee!" Mitch whisper- yelled at me, while throwing me at Cinna. I winced as I crashed into the table beside Cinna.

"Mitch, god dammit! I swear, if you weren't my best friend, you would make the first on my kill list!" I yelled at him.

"You know you loveeeeee me!" He yelled back.

"In your dreams!" I scoffed.

I turned back to Cinna, who had a amused look plastered on his face.

"Soooo. Interviews today, I've got your dress ready, wanna see it?" He said, pretending that he didn't just witness what just happened between Mitch and I.

I just nodded in reply. Cinna exited the room, and seconds later, came back in with a dress in hand, and let me tell you. I'm not that kind of girl that gushes over pretty pieces of clothing, but in this situation, it was hard not to.
The dress looks extravagant. The material made out of a turquoise- blue silk. Below my waist line, mother dress parts. The part that was used to make the top of the dress split in half, one part going right, one part going left. A white silky/ wooly material goes down the middle. On the bottom, the hem of the dress is made so it looked like foam. The top was the same colour, which was the turquoise blue silk. It was strapless, and the very top was made so it looked sorta like a seaweed-y shape. On the waist line, two sets of gems ran across from side to side. On the left side, two beautiful feather are attached to the side.

"Like it?" Cinna asked, a hopeful expression on his face. "I made it so people could clearly tell that you are from district 4."

"I love it." I breathed out.

Once I put the dress on, the stylists came to do my hair and makeup, while completing the look with a few accessories, I finally got to look at myself in the mirror.
My hair is put up in a high ponytail, the elastic used to tie it was a series of pearls. In the front, and sea shell was clipped on to the right side of my hair. I wore some long white gloves to complete the look. My makeup, as to my relief, was put on lightly. I silently thanked my stylists for not caking up my face.
My eyeshadow was a light blue, the colour making my green eyes pop more. I had a winged eyeliner with mascara on, the other makeup done to a minimal. (Blush, bronzer, powder, etc...)

"Wow." Was all I managed to say.

"Yay or nay?" Cinna questioned.

"Yay. Defiantly yay." I breathed.

"Now, go, go! It's about to start, go meet Mitch!" Cinna pushed me out, closing the curtain behind me. I walked forward, and bumped into Mitch on the way there.
